> 24 hourOkay I got this solely for the sparkles. But this case doesnt feel cheap, its the perfect amount of not to much glitter! and its not to chunky when holding it

> 24 hourUpdated after 1 week use: I noticed my switch getting really hot compared to normal and crashing/freezing which never happened in my life.. I took the backplate off and sure enough my switch started to cool down. I’ll keep an eye on it but for not I gotta sock my original review down to 3/5 stars if this is causing no ventilation it will cost more to fix than the cute case Original: So I purchased this and one that was $25 to see if there was a difference and they were the exact same case so go with the cheaper priced one (This) and save yourself $5-$10! I didn’t realize it’s just the back shell and joycons. I thought it had a front protector so that’s my bad. The joycons are a jelly type of material which was easy to put on my switch compared to other shells and it does make the buttons a little harder to push but not much. Noticeable at first and goes away pretty fast. Now it does take quite a bit of wiggling to get this in my dock properly to charge / play on my tv but after some attempts it did go in, I wish it was easier which is why I took a star away plus it also peeled my expensive skin a bit when applying to the joycons. Overall, I’m happy they finally made a regular switch case like this because they only had the switch lite version which drove me crazy. For $20 it’s decent, a little over priced maybe by 5ish dollars but overall I still do suggest

> 24 hourI loveee this product it looks so cute and fits perfectly on the console. It Also still slides right into the dock. And the buttons are still very easy to press. And you can still slide the joycons on and off easily. I recommend! I have the animal crossing edition and you can see the print on the back very good in the light.

> 24 hourThe case has just enough sparkle to jazz up your console without looking to gaudy. So far I haven’t seen any yellowing either which has always been an issue for me with similar clear cases. My one complaint is that my joycons do not fit in the handheld controller piece, but hey, you win some, you lose some. Very pretty!

> 24 hourI recently bought a second switch, the animal crossing version, so I can hack my first switch without worrying of being banned. I plan to sell my second switch when a better version of the switch releases, so I wanted a cover that would protect from scratches so I can resell this switch easier in a like new condition when I need to. The product package it came in was adorable and the case/covers themselves are exactly what I needed. The joycon covers are jelly/flexible, the backing for the console is a hard but thin plastic case so you can still dock it easily. Dont expect this thing to protect your switch in a fall, expect it to either just be cute or protect your console from scratches.

> 24 hourSo, I purchased this case for the Nintendo Switch with the intentions to paint an original design on it. The glitter on the casing is minor and doesnt have a big sparkle effect if that is what you are desiring. However, if it is a small touch of glitter, this is great option for you. In terms of painting on, it was actually very easy to do, and has lasted quite well if youre considering doing the same thing. Now for the negative, the casing is not the most protective option, and may only buffer any potential falls. Its a rubber material, and fits easily onto the switch. However, it does fit quite snug into the docking station, and if you will be moving to the remote controller option, you will have to remove the casing as it will not fit otherwise. For me, this does not promote a problem as I utilize another remote or simply take the switch on the go, but if you only own the controller it came with, it could be a small hassle you should expect.
