> 3 dayI have one office monitor which is HP elite display that costs around 500$, these benq monitors perform as the same professional monitors for half the price. Settings are easy to read, screen quality is very good and it got matte finish so reflections are very less. Automatic brightness adjustment is very much needed for me as i work a lot infront of screens, it works pretty good. Blue light filtering is also very good. Overall excellent monitors, easy to mount, speakers are enough for office work. overall definetely recommend to friend.

> 3 dayThis display is fine enough for media consumption and the size is excellent for multitasking, but gaming on this display is very limiting. Fast games like first-person shooters are disappointing on this display because of its 60hz refresh rate, meaning the highest FPS you can visually see on this display is only 60. Games where you shouldnt care about FPS are quite fine though, even enjoyable. If youre looking for a cheap, large 4k psuedo-TV/multitasking screen/content creation tool then Id say that the BenQ EW3270U is a viable option. If you prioritize eye care and are serious about cutting down your blue light intake, then I would recommend this display as it has many options for you. However, when looking to buy products with as many details to consider as a computer display, Id recommend doing some research and looking into some other options. Most people care about what their monitor is capable of and dont automatically buy the first product that they see. I recommend going on rtings.com if you havent already and do some comparing and window shopping. If nothing else tickles your fancy and you can live with the slow 60hz refresh rate, then this display is a good candidate for what you should buy. Another solid option for a large 4k 60hz screen at this price point is the Dell S3221QS 32 Inch Curved 4K monitor, also sold here at amazon.

> 3 dayI bought this monitor less than 1 year and 1 month ago. It is now making a popping sound and the screen goes blank for around 5 seconds randomly throughout the day. Going to BenQs site for Warranty it states: 5. All returned Products must be accompanied with (i) the original shipping and packing materials So I am out of luck because I didnt keep the box this came in. Buyer beware on BenQ products, keep the box or your warranty is void like mine. One star for breaking after 1 year 1 month and a warranty requirement that you must ship in original box instead of shipping you a box to return the defective item.

Greater than one weekI bought this for a family member. They will not be gaming on it so I cant really give a review on that aspect of it but for consuming media and business its great. The speakers on it arent bad. They sound much better than my Asus monitors that cost 3 times as much.

> 3 daySorry I have to return this. It has high resolution of course but cheap color management. My eyes hurted after I used it for a while because the color changed every time I moved my head and the size of it made it even worse. That’s abysmal for designing. My suggestion: It would be perfect if you used it for gaming and sit in a distance. Choose other smaller 4K IPS monitor for designing and desktop working!!!

> 3 dayMaterials, features, quality and packaging are all top-rated. Absolutely no complaints on that. Or maybe one little thing: whenever it starts to receive input, it should show the resolution and refresh rate of the signal. That is extremely useful for pro and geek users. The reason Im giving 4 stars is that this monitor is slow to operate. It has 4 inputs - 1x USB-C, 1x DP, and 2x HDMI. Guess what? I use it with 2 devices and I need to switch input among them. The automatic input detection feature doesnt work because one device is turned on all the time (never stops sending signal). So I need to control manually. The buttons take 1s to answer, which is just too much for the smartphone era of responsive interfaces. And whenever the monitor looses signal because some device is turned off, the screen goes off (not blank - really off) and then there is 3s to 5s without any response from the buttons or for input to be detected. Painful! The monitor is also slow to detect resolution changes, which makes it bad for looking at workstation startup screens that switch between text and low-resolution screens. If you need to press a bios key, you have to know upfront or just plug a VGA monitor just for that. This seems to be a norm in the industry. Nobody cares about setup and configuration UX. They only care about image, refresh rate, etc.

> 3 dayLOVE it. worth every penny. down side theres no remote control. a lot button select scroll select action. love watching old movies so it was an incredible change on the BENQ. cinema features. with no eye strain it was really enjoyable. games are fun. like i hoped. the 60Hz or 60 frames pre second with excellent darks and shadows with very little eye strain on details ups the game play. make sure you buy the one for what you want. if its games. BENQ game monitors. if its cinema tv show movies then BENQ theater movie monitors. official site comparison on sales prices of BENQ products to other retailers was pretty close with no difference on sales price. that was a plus. when its time for new one for what ever reason Ill be browsing BENQ first.

> 3 dayThe monitor was easy to set up and delivers a great image. Unfortunately after about 30 days of use it developed a vertical line with missing green pixels. I reported this to BenQ support along with a photo of showing the defect. They immediately offered to replace the monitor and pay shipping both ways. The new monitor arrived quickly and has been working great.
