Materials, features, quality and packaging are all top-rated. Absolutely no complaints on that. Or maybe one little thing: whenever it starts to receive input, it should show the resolution and refresh rate of the signal. That is extremely useful for pro and geek users. The reason Im giving 4 stars is that this monitor is slow to operate. It has 4 inputs - 1x USB-C, 1x DP, and 2x HDMI. Guess what? I use it with 2 devices and I need to switch input among them. The automatic input detection feature doesnt work because one device is turned on all the time (never stops sending signal). So I need to control manually. The buttons take 1s to answer, which is just too much for the smartphone era of responsive interfaces. And whenever the monitor looses signal because some device is turned off, the screen goes off (not blank - really off) and then there is 3s to 5s without any response from the buttons or for input to be detected. Painful! The monitor is also slow to detect resolution changes, which makes it bad for looking at workstation startup screens that switch between text and low-resolution screens. If you need to press a bios key, you have to know upfront or just plug a VGA monitor just for that. This seems to be a norm in the industry. Nobody cares about setup and configuration UX. They only care about image, refresh rate, etc.

I was a little nervous about this VA panel, since I was used to IPS, but I didnt need to worry. I found that the colors were quite good out of the box even without calibration, and that viewing angles were wide enough that I could forget about them during use. In my quest for screen real estate, I previously had a 39 4k flat panel, which caused me some neck strain, but this 32 panel is a more practical size for me. Its light enough to move easily on my VESA arm (I never used the included stand). I have a 15 mid-2014 MBP, which drove this display at 4k via the included mini-DP cable with no noticeable input lag. The monitor also included DP and USB-C cables. I turned off scaling for better compatibility with Parallels Desktop so things look much smaller, but text is still very legible.

I got this monitor for Christmas and I got to say I am really pleased with it. It really delivers what I was looking for. The colors are accurate and the set up is easy. On games I am use to the 60 refresh rate and found it to be free of anything that would subtract from the experience. I would recommend headphones as the monitor output sucks.

Overall it is a great and reasonable price monitor. But it doesnt come with any video cable. Not sure if they change the bundle package for now. Saw lots of reviews saying they should have them.

Saw this was 4K, financed it, made the purchase a hell of a lot easier. 60 frames at 4K, which is fine by me. Use it for my PC, switch and PS5. Also the size of the screen makes it feel like I have two monitors.

Works greatly with my x86 and M1 MBPs Comes with a solid built TP3 cable which supports 4K@60hz 4 star because: 1. Awkward stand - had to buy a universal one 2. No USB hub 3. Probably too much but would love to have power delivery even just 60W

El monitor tiene muy buena calidad de imagen para editar fotos, videos y ver películas o series y tiene un buen lHDR lo único que no lo recomendaría utilizarlo para juegos pero para lo demás es excelente

Overall the Unit is working well. BenQ came through with a replacement monitor in short order. The scale of the screen is great. Looks great on games, works well for graphic design. The brightness is a little less intense than my Asus but with the right settings, it looks much crisper. The only complaint I have is on the edges of the 32-inch screen it gets a bit blurred but truly thats with all LCD monitors. For the money/value this is a good product.
