Ive never made lefse before so this looked like the right setup. It totally is. Lefse can be made bad with the wrong equipment but this is the right stuff. My first attempt came out perfect. Everything needed for making lefse in one package - perfect! The electric griddle is great for maintaining the correct temperature - much nicer than adjusting the flame on a gas stove. Those that make very large lefse will appreciate the size of this griddle. The pastry board is a nice plus and will be used year-round. Bethany makes great quality products - this set is a good example.

The starter kit that they try to sell you does not include the griddle, it says aluminum in the title and takes you to the page that has to whole kit that sells for 172.00 but when you get it the griddle is missing. False advertising dont be fooled by the 50 price tag cause you dont even get that much in value Dont mix it up with the real one advertised. too good to be true in this case
