Loved all the items in the kit! Used it almost immediately and made my first solo batch of lefse!! Griddle does take some time to get up to temperature and i did have to adjust it occasionally to keep it just right.

Included 2 bags of mix to get started which was fun. Will make the dough from scratch going forward. Good value for the price!
