Everything needed for making lefse in one package - perfect! The electric griddle is great for maintaining the correct temperature - much nicer than adjusting the flame on a gas stove. Those that make very large lefse will appreciate the size of this griddle. The pastry board is a nice plus and will be used year-round. Bethany makes great quality products - this set is a good example.

Ive never made lefse before so this looked like the right setup. It totally is. Lefse can be made bad with the wrong equipment but this is the right stuff. My first attempt came out perfect. The griddle seems very sturdy and should last a long time. I used a video from YouTube to make my lefse and it was easy. The kit includes two packages of lefse mix but I havent tried them yet. [...]
