I wanted to replace my old 60w bulbs with LED. So I first ordered the LED 60w version. The 60w LED was too bright in my rooms. I then ordered the 40w LED and it was just right. You might want to keep this point in mind when ordering.

I like these a lot, because they are soft white. When buying LED bulbs, pay attention to if the bulbs are daylight or soft white. The daylight bulbs are very harsh. They remind me of fluorescent lights.

They are the perfect 40w bulb!! Light isn’t too bright and it’s soft enough to use in the living room.

Well darn! I was so excited by the price but they flicker! I placed 5 in my dining room fixture and it’s really noticeable! I have to return them.

These LED bulbs are supposed to be rated for 10+ years worth of life and thousands of cycles. I had one in my kitchen for about a year before it burned out the other day. The other bulb from a different brand is fine. I would have gotten a longer lifetime out of an incandescent bulb than this! I still believe in switching to LEDs, but certainly not this brand any more.
