Amazing . Complete life savor . I get hangover so bad and I have a milk allergy . I woke up very sick from getting into some dairy accidentally I drank one of this after throwing up for an hour and it helped me so much . This stuff is amazing! Im working on some issues. I woke up yesterday and after 1st void, I didnt need to go again for over 4 hrs which is generally impossible for me. I know Im dehydrated as just got tested which showed abnormal BUN, so I had just bought my first case of Biolyte. I drank the whole bottle and like magic all was back to normal for the rest of the day. Im highly impressed!

A stomach virus is going around and my husband happened to get it. I ordered these so that he could stay hydrated and hopefully not have to go get iv fluids. They were delivered very quickly and he likes the flavor. I feel like they are expensive to drink on a regular basis when compared to other hydration drinks on the market but are perfect for those times where you need all the extras that are in these. I am not a fan of the salty taste that these have but understand it is needed so that they can do their job of helping those who are getting really dehydrated and needing the electrolytes/etc.

This product is great if you work outside and get heated up and need a quick infusion of liquid. Dont drink the whole bottle at one time...may cause diarrhea. I got the berry flavor and it tastes good.
