This vacuum is perfect for our 2 bedroom apartment. I love not having to deal with a cord. It’s super light weight and not that loud. I have to change the dirt tank twice when vacuuming my whole apartment but I don’t mind. It picks up in one room what our old vacuum would pick up in our whole apartment! The handheld vacuum works great too!

Had it for less than a year and was still under warranty. Used it for everyday light vacuuming of wood floors and small rug. Was great until the vacuum part stopped holding a charge, which was odd because the small hand held vacuum part continued to hold a charge. The unit is a two in one where you charge and then you can detach the hand held. Clearly not a battery issue as the hand held still held a charge, but Bissell customer service said I had to buy a box and send it back for them to inspect the battery. When I said thats clearly not the issue they said well then youll have to call back and speak to someone else.

I love this vacuum for picking up the litter cats leave after jumping out of the litter box!

We only use the vacuum for small jobs such as a small carpet in front of the door leading into the house from the garage and in the kitchen. After a few uses the battery runs down and needs recharging.

This is so lightweight and compact that it takes up very little room and is so easy to grab and do a quick once over of the floors. It gets into tight spaces easily. The suctions is great and even though the dirt trap needs to be emptied frequently, its so easy to do that its hardly a bother. Highly recommend, especially for older people who may not have the strength to wrestle with a heavier vacuum.

This is my first cordless vacuum after a lifetime of corded behemoths that cause carpal tunnel syndrome and tennis elbow after one use. So maybe I’m easily impressed. But this Bissell 3061 Featherweight has far outstripped my expectations. First, let me say that I’m using it primarily on vinyl kitchen floors. It also gets used on swaths of carpet near the kitchen floor, but I cannot speak to how well it would work as a primary carpet vacuum. Having been a multi-pet person most of my life (hence my King Kong vacuum cleaners), I’m pretty sure that this Bissell stick vacuum wouldn’t be my first choice for removing cat and dog fur from a large carpeted area. But for crumbs and outdoor stuff carried in on people’s shoes, this thing is perfect. Its maneuverability is amazing! I practically need a block and tackle to change direction with my big vacuums. With this one, I can actually hold a soda in one hand and vacuum with the other! (Yes, simple things make me very happy.) Its rotational capacity makes turning the vacuum when it’s in a tight spot incredibly easy. I have back issues, and the light weight plus the flexibility makes this vacuum as much of a pleasure to use as any vacuum can be. This Bissell has done a very nice job on what I’d estimate is about 12 square feet of medium-pile carpet adjacent to the kitchen. I do have to run it over the area two or three times, but since I can easily do three runs in 30 seconds, I’m not complaining. On the vinyl kitchen floor, I usually do two runs, mainly because my eyesight is bad, and the design of the floor makes it hard to tell where I’ve already vacuumed. (Guess I need to let the floor get a lot dirtier.) Surprisingly, even set on the “hard floor” setting, my huge vacuums miss what this one picks up, probably because I can maneuver this one and vacuum more thoroughly. The sweeper blades are easy to clean, and the fact that this Bissell really, actually stands up on its own, makes it the vacuum of my dreams. The folding handle works (in both directions), and, while no vacuum is quiet, this one doesn’t leave my ears ringing. I’ve only had the vacuum for about a month, so I can’t speak to durability. (If it falls apart in the next 12 months, I’ll update my review.)

My Dyson cordless finally broke after a few years, and since I dont have as many pets these days, I wanted to try something with a lower price point to replace it. I love the convenience of popping out the handheld vac. I only wish this had a dock or at least that the cord plug was somewhere towards the top. You have to fiddle to plug it in at the back towards the bottom of the vacuum. Thats my only gripe with this product. The folding feature is nice if you have limited space, but I havent found myself using it much.

I use this more than my regular vacuum! Easy to have on hand and great in the kitchen ! So versatile from a floor vac to a handheld in seconds!! Love it!

I really like this lightweight and the ease of cleaning the floors and getting up pet hair. My problem with this is the battery life. It just does not last long enough for me to get my small home vaccuuming. The other problem is the filter system. You absolutely have to clean out the filter daily and Ive found the best way to clean it all is with my husband s air compressor. Takes less time than washing it out. I will not use this for my floors anymore, only to clean my pets beds. Giving it a 3 star was pushing it a bit.
