I love the Self Cleaning on this machine!! My previous Crosswave was amazing and worked so well on my hard floors - I saw this updated model and decided to give my original to my daughters and take the new one and I’M SO GLAD I DID! This model has steam cleaning mode as well as a clean cycle which cleans the roller brush (which we all know is the most disgusting part). Mine came with two small bottles of cleaner/sanitizer and a small bottle of clean cycle solution. For cleaning, you empty and clean out the dirty water tank then reattach. Fill the clean water reservoir with hot water to the mark, the pour a small amount of the cleaning solution into the storage tray. Set the machine in place and press the clean cycle button. The initial sound worried me, but then it kicks in and cleans the brush. Once finished you open the top, remove the brush, and set it into its slot to dry. I’m a little concerned what that cleaning will cost over time when I have to purchase the cleaner, but not touching the nasty brush is a plus. Everything else works mostly like my last machine. It vacuums up most dirt (with a struggle on anything larger like many machines these days), but mopping at the same time is so convenient when you’re busy!! The light is bright and helpful, though the light stays on when the machine is plugged in-not just when it’s on. That’s a little annoying for me, but certainly not an issue. Huge fan of this machine!!

We liked that some of the purchase was donated to animals! Really easy to use and clean.

With dogs, cats and red Texas clay, Cleaning floors is a daily occurrence for me in one form or another. This is as light as a good vacuum, vacuum, mops, scrubs and steam cleans all at one, uses VERY little water and has a post cleaning cycle to assure the unit stays clean and fresh. Definitely worth the money!!!

Nothing gets my floors cleaner. I was hesitant to buy this because so many reviews talked about a smell or that it stopped working. You have to clean it after every use, it’s worth it, but takes about 10 minutes to properly complete. That will keep it working and prevent the smells they talk about. You have to buy the cleaning products and I buy the brush cleaner for the cleaning cycle but if you understand this up front, there are no surprises. It’s a fantastic deep cleaning tool that’s as easy as vacuuming. The first few times I cleaned what I thought were clean floors, the water was almost black. I don’t know how anyone has kids or a dog without it!

Even though I did not order through Amazon, I bought it directly from the website, it has been awesome so far. I bought a 2-in-1 vacuum and mop from Amazon last year and only used it daily for a month and stopped working. Im happy I purchased a warranty because I like the idea of cleaning floors in a shorter timeframe. I have 4 children and the youngest is a crawling 8-month-old so having less time cleaning and mopping the floors is a must plus this steam cleans as well which I have been waiting for a while now. I knew my next purchase had to have it all. Although it is corded it has a long enough cord to reach places without having to relocate the plug. Its definitely easy to set up and steam and suction are good. The feature I found unexpectedly nice was the lights. I didnt realize the number of shadows in certain places of my home and when I was cleaning I saw streaks of smeared baby food puree on the floor which I would have overlooked if not for the bright lights. I also liked that I was not constantly changing the clean and dirty tanks every 5 minutes (which was definitely what I had to do with the previous vac/mop). I changed it twice for my entire home for both so that was definitely a relief and less time-consuming. Overall I do highly recommend it. I have tiles and lament wood floors so really good. The edge has a little bit of a gap between the wall and the vacuum but if you face it forward, it suctions off mess pushed to the sides. The price is reasonable for the amount of work and added features. I was looking at a different one that did not have a steam feature for twice the amount as this 3-in1 plus the extra bundle pack. Try it for yourself.

Omg this vac/mop/steam cleaner is the prefect trio for floors. I don’t no what took me so long ($$$) but I’m so happy I was able to make the switch.

I absolutely love it. Completely amazing! I had a party and kids made a huge mess on my hardwood floor in one of the bedrooms that I didnt see until the end of the night. There were cupcakes smashed and stomped throughout the entire room floor, when I say it was a MESS its an under statement. All I needed was my Bissell! It took me 8 minutes to have the room floor Completely spotless.

I thought I couldn’t love something more than our little green machine but the CrossWave HydroSteam Plus has become a household favorite! Our daughter is 15 months and a notorious food thrower. Our swiffer can never get strawberry/blueberry stains out and the area around her high chair was becoming ruined. We use this every day!

I really wanted to like this dry/wet/steam vacuum. It worked great at first but then the suction stops working so well. I dumped the dirty water and would start again and even with very little water in the dirty water tank it wouldnt pick up water very well. I had to continually go over and over it. That is the main reason Ive sent it back. The second reason is that it doesnt do a great job on tile. If it had a different type of brush maybe it would clean better. The brush is too soft to get up dirt that is down in the tile and grout. This is the second wet/dry/steam vacuum Ive tested. Neither performed well on very dirty tile. They both had the same problem with the brush being too soft to really scrub the tile clean. The first product controlled the water and steam that was dispersed based on how dirty the floor was so I was hopeful with this the steam would be constant and would clean the floor. This one only put out a minimal amount of steam. The same as the other machine at its lowest detection setting. If you have wood floors I wouldnt recommend this due to its suction power being inconsistent.

This came just in time for potty training messes. I don’t know how we survived without it before.
