> 3 dayThis is a great wet/ dry mop. Great suction. I actually love that its not chargeable. Wish the waste container held more ao that it didnt have to get emptied as frequently. But I really do like it. I have tried 3 wet/dry mops and love this one.

> 3 dayAt least I hope thats what it was. Right out of the box mine did not produce any steam at all.. it didnt even get warm. Without the steam its still clean my floor pretty well, but I am returning it.

> 3 dayVery happy with my purchase of Crosswave Hydrosteam. The product is easy to use and made quick work of the messes stuck on my floor. The product also has a few different modes making it easy to go from room to room. Cleanup was pretty simple with the docking station too.

> 3 dayDog lives full time in the house. Can mop and sweep prior to using and the bissell still picks up hair and dirt left behind. Easy to use and the steam function gets hard to remove spots up with ease. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Greater than one weekI’ve been cleaning for 10 years. Just take my advice and do not buy this. It’s not worth the money at all. Nearly every single aspect of the design is useless. You can clean the floor faster manually with a vacuum and then wet mopping with a microfiber pad. This thing is absolutely useless. It’s not even worth my time to describe everything that’s wrong with it, because it’s literally everything.

> 3 dayI currently have a 16 month old boy and a baby girl due end of March. I got this vacuum as it’s so hard to keep up with daily chores and keep the floors cleaned up and this makes it so much easier! The only cons I have after using this to do my whole house once: -that it is a little heavy and hard to maneuver, but with all the functions I am not complaining. -there is about a 1-2 inch gap from the baseboard where the roller brush does not reach, so a swiffer or something if the sort is needed for edges. -Also I personally had too high of hopes for the hydro steam function, I thought it would work just like a steam mop does but, unless I used it wrong (which I watched the YouTube tutorials) it is not of a powerful steam clean as a steam mop but it makes it so much easier than scrubbing the floors or worrying about wiping something sticky up right away. Overall I am in love so far, and happy with my purchase. I am only rating it at 4 instead of 5 stars as the advertisements were slightly misleading and set my hopes higher than they should have been.

> 3 dayThis is easy to use and works great. My only issue with it is that it will not clean directly to the baseboard. It leaves about an inch uncleaned.

> 3 dayThis thing is amazing! Vacuum and wash the floors at the same time is genius. The self cleaning cycle you can do at the end is great for keeping the roller brush and machine clean. I was amazed at what it picked up!

> 3 dayHaving used many other vacuums, I can say this vacuum is one of the best. The multi-purpose function is so nice and the entire thing itself is very compact making it easy to use and maneuver. The amount of dirt and grime that comes out of the water tank after a session makes me realize how l much we needed this vacuum. While we don’t have pets yet, it does a number on all the hair I leave behind as well which is a huge bonus AND it doesn’t get stuck on the brush roll like other vacuums. Very easy cleanup as well!

> 3 dayI have a regular mop, a steam mop, swifters and a number of different tools to clean my floors. I have 3 very large dogs and kids and the kids friends. We have a semi grassy back yard due to the dogs and we also have a pool. So between the kids and the kids friends, the pool water and the dogs my light colored barn wood (vinyl) floors look pretty filthy. You get tired is mopping and steam mopping only to have them look like you didn’t touch them 24 hours later. I ran across on an ad on social media and I was like hmmm….kinda skeptical it could clean that good. So I ordered it with the thought if it doesn’t work, it’s a pain to clean or it’s way hyped I’ll send it back. It’s not a cheap thing but if it saves my sanity it will be worth every dime. So it came the other day. Just happened to be raining. Put two and two together dogs + rain = lots of muddy paw prints. Even when I can catch them all and wipe paws there is still enough wet on this big paws to create muddy paw prints. We sat down and unboxed the unit. Assembled it- really super easy. Not much to assemble. Now here’s the tricky part…..READ THE DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO USE IT!! I know tough stuff. It’s pretty simple. So my daughter insists to use it first because all to often it winds up being one of her chores. And let’s face it any teenager is looking for a way to cut down chore time and get it done good so mom doesn’t make her do it again. 20 minutes later she is done. And I was like…..no way. We have a very large kitchen and dining area. This usually takes a good hour. I walk in to see my floors like clean. I mean really clean. No puddled water, no smears of dirty water. Just fresh smelling clean, I mean actually clean floors. Oh it also does area rugs as well. So for me it does a great job -‘d is a huge time saver. Win-win!! Bissell knocked it out of the park on this one.
