BLACKSTRAP Hood Balaclava Face Mask, Dual Layer Cold Weather Headwear for Men and Women

One of my best purchases for winter this year. Used on -10 degree wind chill days to walk to work, and on a skiing trip. Keeps the cold and wind out, and really seals those cold leaky spots like the bottom of your hat around your ears and the area at the back of your neck between your hat and jacket. Perfect for skiing- breathable but doesnt get soaked (and then icy) like a fleece gaiter does. Easy to pull down the bottom part when youre warm.

To start I ABSOLUTELY love the design/color options. So much so I was tempted to order another one even though I do not like the product. The inside feels very cheap & is uncomfortable. Not sure why they have such good reviews...IDK maybe their balaclavas are standard, & Turtle Fur just makes amazing products. As they are similar in price, you would think they would be similar in quality. Not the case. The inside of these feel similar to a 12-pack of Chinese face/neck buffs I bought. Useable for short periods of time, until I get itchy & irritated then proceed to rip it off.

Very comfortable and fits the face perfect. Worked great snowboarding in cold Michigan weather. Bought one for my girlfriend as well!

Fits nice & isnt too hot to wear in warm weather. Shipped in a timely manner.

Really awesome balaclava. Spend the extra money and get this one. But I will say that the quality control is kind of lacking. There was a loose thread on the inseam right in the area where my mouth was, so there was a huge strand of cloth that just ended up in my mouth randomly during the day which was gross because i thought for some reason i got a bird feather or something else gross in my mouth xD. Anyways had to rip that strand of thread out and was worried that it was going to ruin the inseam but its still doing fine.

I love how this doesnt frost over. It doesnt sag but I also love how easily pull it down under my chin. I will say I have a smaller head, so Im not sure it thats why. It dried fairly quickly and I was able to use it every day of my ski trip. I got this in Orchid- its a beautiful lilac color by the way. Ill probably get another

The BS Balaclava is well made and functional (eg, easy to slip on/off face). The material is warm enough but breathable. I use it for skiing. The material is relatively thin so it can comfortable fit under the helmet and the design works well with the chin strap. It has held up well too.

Works great. Does fg up my glasses a bit when I use it to cover my mouth, but not too bad.

Great product fits my needs as an avid downhill skier. During Covid it was especially useful as facemasks were required at all times in the lift lines. Comfortable and looks great too.
