I use this once or thrice a week, and it does exactly what its supposed to do. It has a good seal and I can bring it anywhere.

This size of cup is very portable. When it is full it is not too heavy to take with me as part of my lunch.

Great shaker bottle to mix whatever you need! It does leak a little but I think that’s only when to much water gets into the lining when screwing the lid on. But a great buy!

I love the smaller version of the traditional blender bottle - I use this for my morning greens or afternoon protein and leave my larger one for water, pre-workout, and recovery!

I received a 12 oz bottle instead of a 20 but it still works for what i need it for.
