I have used shakers for years. This is the first shorter one. Its perfect for my morning protein shake. The loop handle clips to my key hook on my purse when my hands are full. Snaps closed and doesnt leak, as long as its snapped closed.

Great protein shake! I use it for juicing and smoothies too.
