I bought this for protein powder shakes, however, it did not break up the clumps as I hoped it would.

Perfect for my morning and lunch time energy drink which consists of beet root powder, lemon crystals, ginger and water. A little shake and you have the best pick me up energy drink al natural.. Love it

I have used shakers for years. This is the first shorter one. Its perfect for my morning protein shake. The loop handle clips to my key hook on my purse when my hands are full. Snaps closed and doesnt leak, as long as its snapped closed.

This is one nifty item to add in the kitchen. I use mine for those powder drinks and the steel ball breaks up the powder even when the powder is a little clumpy. I might have to let the drink sit a few minutes to make sure all is completely dissolved but it works really well and so easy to clean. You wont regret buying this. Maybe I should get a second one.
