Blue Magic 400 7Oz Mtl Polish Cream

This product was amazingly effective at polishing away a patina of small scratches on my stainless steel Apple Watch. I have a couple of large scratches that it couldn’t remove, but it did greatly reduce their appearance. The entire process only took me about 20 minutes, including cleanup.

I bought this thinking it wasnt going to be any good, but it turns out this stuff is amazing. Mirror shines everything. My folks were so impressed, they let me push their wedding rings. Ive not tried it on hard metals yet, but Ill update my review after I test it on nickel.

Works pretty good for polishing chrome, but not that great for removing rust, tried it on my pushrod covers on my Harley that had some surface rust on it, but mothers polish took the rust off better and easier. .but it still is good at polishing chrome and aluminum if its not to corroded !!

First, HEED the warning of inhaling fumes. It WILL burn your throat and nasal passages if inhaled too much! So, be careful. I inhaled too much of the fumes, and I had pharyngitis as a result. Couldnt speak for two days..thats how bad it can be, and I was lucky I didnt burn my lungs. Its extraordinarily dangerous when you dont wear protection. It can also cause eye irritation. Id say that you should probably wear protective goggles, gloves, and a respirator mask, especially for big jobs. I had a big job and therefore I was exposed to the fumes for too long without protection. Im not exaggerating, its harsh! Secondly, this didnt work well on old stainless..but it worked great on old brass.

My husband polished the motorcycle and all of the cars chrome. I think he likes the product.

It is unfortunate that people out of incompetence, ignorance, or misuse, rate a product low without much regard to its true merits. Like most products, this one has applications in which it excels and other for which it is inappropriate. It is not a heavy polishing compound (i.e. not very abrasive) so it will have limitations as to how fast it can abrade ...30 years worth of old junk-- it is not intended for that. As far as cleaning and polishing chrome, it is about the best I have ever used. Apply, rub right away (before it dries), remove and buff.

It arrived with a busted lid... but they replaced it with a phone call to customer service. It is a polish that works slow, but very well.

Ive been polishing brass for y-e-a-r-s! 50+ years ago I was in a high school band and our uniforms had solid brass belt buckles that had to be polished. Best thing we had available was Brasso - a good product, but it had to be used every week and was a bit messy. Then after college I began ringing hand bells in a hand bell choir. The brass bells are rung wearing gloves but they need a good polishing twice a year and upkeep in between the Big Polishing. Blue Magic is AWESOME! The job is so much easier, it lasts for months, even though the bells are handled at least one practice session a week and for performances. It is easy to use - a big plus. Ive rung in 3 hand bell choirs consistently through the years and all ringers I know love this product. I recommend it to anyone looking for a easy to use, long lasting shine and protection polish.
