> 3 dayIt is great on all metal surfaces I used it on brass instruments and on firearms and polished them up nice. Do not smell it.

Greater than one weekI got rust off of several bicycle components with this - a rag did the trick. I also used this on the chrome frame of chairs that have been rusty since the 70s and they look brand new - I used a rag to apply the polish and then steel wool to help get the abrasion level necessary to get the rust off.

> 3 dayNot bad, seems to work well on good chrome. No idea how it would do polishing or cleaning

Greater than one weekI have a lot of sterling silver, fine silver and miscellaneous metals jewelry that is silver-toned. The BlueMagic works beautifully on all of my sterling and fine silver. It also works wonderfully on brass. However, if there is a paint-coat on your brass or silver do not use the polish on it - all the paint will rub off! Also, my jewelry that was some other type of metal and had a silver paint on it cannot be polished using this cream - the BluMagic will rub off the top layer of whatever is on your metal - so a silver-colored bracelet I had that is (presumably) brass underneath turned brass in color after I tried the BlueMagic on it.

> 3 dayThis stuff works really well. Ive been using it to clean up old watch movements that I use in my jewelry. I use it with a wool polishing tip on my Dremel tool and the pieces come out so clean and shiny. This stuff is so powerful that it will actually take of the plating on some pieces, so be sure to test it someplace inconspicuous first. I mostly found that with some of the brass movements -- they ended up a bit more gold looking and less of the yellow-colored brass. But, now I know. As for the metal watch movements, they are just beautiful after using this. I havent used it on any precious metals, but Ill update this if I do. Be prepared that it can be messy. The moment you start to polish, it turns black. Once Im done with the polishing part, I use a toothbrush and some liquid soap to scrub the piece and be sure all the polish is off. Once its dry, if you rub it with a paper towel or light-colored cloth and the cloth turns black, you need to clean it more. And I think this little tub will last me a long time because you really dont need much to get the job done. In fact, if you are using it with a Dremel tool, you only want to use a tiny bit because otherwise it will go flying off when you turn it on. Speaking from experience on this one. Ill try to remember to get some before and after shots the next time I get a really dirty piece.

> 3 dayI was using a different polisher when a friend recommended this. I decided to give it a shot, and holy cow. Brass that hadn’t been polished in probably ten years under humidity was shining in minutes. Blew my mind. Works great without a lot of elbow grease. I use cotton balls for application, and a rag for cleaning.
