I was trying to shine up the back of iPod Touchs, so if anyone was wondering if this stuff works on those, it definitely does. Cutting up a shirt into little pieces and getting very small amounts on it at a time, rubbing with with a good bit of pressure worked super, super well for all of my 6 iPods. I only needed to do this about 4 or 5 times since the scratches werent that deep. It didnt make them look literally brand new, but they were damn near close. Going over the Apple logo and the text at the bottom didnt do any harm to that, either, actually to my surprise it took some scratches write out of the Apple logo on the back, and the text very legible after it not being able to be read at all. 100% recommend using this.

A must have if you want an excellent aluminum finish!!!

This was recommended to me by a restoration expert. I bought a Honda VTX1300 that had been badly neglected and needed some serious help with various corrosion issues including salt, and rode grime corrosion on the aluminum rims. I followed the directions on the bottle and was very disappointed. It says to rub on, then buff till it turns black, then buff out the black with a dry cloth. Well the black just never quite buffed out. I ended up (through trial and error) discovering that the black would wash off with dish soap/water and a scouring pad. The other thing I discovered was that the improvement was marginal, but repeated processing did continue improving appearance so I worked both surfaces of both wheel around 5 times each to get where I needed (apply, buff to black, wash, dry, repeat). Then I finished the polish with some Nevr Dull. So Blue Magic isnt as strong as I hoped, but Im not going to dirt it for that, it did eventually, with lots of elbow grease and a little innovation, do the job nothing else I could find would touch.

I use this for polishing the frets on my guitars. It takes them from dull to looking brand new incredibly quickly. Also, it was recommended to me by the guys over at the PRS factory, so Im not worried that its bad for my guitars. Just be sure to tape off the fretboard so it doesnt sink into the wood. If youre using a maple freboard then it can leave a bit of a dark/black stain if it gets on there (assuming the fretboard is unfinished) I learned this the hard way. Still was able to wipe most of it away though. So it just looks aged in that spot. You wont notice it on a dark fretboard like rosewood though.

This has ammonia in it so be smart when using. Apply until a black color forms on the rag,let dry,then buff until shiny or restored. Does leave a water beading sealant behind. This stuff worked beyond my expectations! Great price to boot.

It works really good on lightly oxidized aluminum. As you can see, after 2 hours of very liberal applications, it came out decent for most of the 10 year old oxidized aluminum. In the 3rd picture, you can see around the edge of the wheel, where heavier oxidation was that it didnt cut through it. Id definitely say it can pull out a mirror finish on already polished pieces of aluminum (the center cap for example wasnt very oxidized and it came to mirror finish easy) and I may end up doing just that. Overall, Im pleased with the product. Its not an abrasive polish so Im not disappointed or upset that it couldnt get the heavy oxidation out. Give it a try yourself! Waste of time using it. Not much shine. Too bad it’s not returnable because I would send it back. The price should have given me a clue. Very inexpensive… get what you pay for with products.
