I bought this cable as a replacement for my Philips headphones. They work exactly as intended (I can hear stereo audio again!), but since the cable doesnt fit snugly into my headphone jack, I have to hold the two ends together to hear that crisp stereo sound. I contacted BlueRigger about my problem, and they were extremely prompt about replying. Apparently the problem has to do with my headphone jacks tolerance, and they recommended that I purchase some cheap stereo jack adapters to see if they connect more snugly. No big deal, just a quick trip to Radioshack when I have the time. Overall, I highly recommend this product or anything from BlueRigger.
