These umbrellas are worth the price. None of the usual problems with other cheaper ones. The one I lost always made me feel special...it never disappointed me

> 3 dayThe umbrella works fairly well but it is expensive. It is light and balanced. I havent had to use it under windy conditions yet. The part that was disappointing is that the pictures clearly showed that a matching sleeve with a carry strap came with it. The product showed up without the strap. Customer service has been trying to get a sleeve sent for nearly 4 weeks. The whole thing has been dissapointing consider the premium you pay for the umbrella.

Greater than one weekUmbrella looked promising, until I saw that every stretcher was snapped off. The part you use to open it wasnt even connected. Not sure how many of these get sent out like this, but it seems like it is a lot more than it should be. The durability of these umbrellas seem questionable and I wonder if many buyers will change their outlook after a year of use.
