Greater than one weekGreat umbrella however the Velcro strap to hold it close ripped off after two days of use which is not what I would have expected given the price...

> 3 dayVery high quality umbrella. I get the feeling that it will not deteriorate over time like most umbrellas with shoddier mechanics and fabric. I almost hope that it is raining when I leave work so that I can use it! Kept me and two of my co-workers reasonably dry huddled together on the way to our cars in a driving rain.

> 3 dayGood looking and a nice concept. However. There is no lanyard, no pouch of any kind either shipped with umbrella or available for this model in general. The umbrella is made entirely of plastic. And its very thin in some places. One of the arms broke off right at the stem pivot just from opening an umbrella. And this after only 6 month of moderate use, no wind, light rain. Just opened and ....snap! Ive had regular run of the mill department store umbrellas that lasted longer at 1/4 of the price!!! Sent an email to Blunt to no avail. No response what so ever, not even a tough s***. Just silence. I would not recommend this umbrella and will never buy any of Blunt product ever again. I learned my $90 lesson, thank you for education Blunt.

> 3 dayIve used Blunt umbrellas for years and they are the absolute best. Unfortunately i loose them often, so the bright red helps to identify them!

> 3 dayOn Day 2 of use, the handle fell off upon opening. It FELL off. This was not an occasion where I could tell that I was exerting too much force. I was exerting the minimal force necessary to OPEN the umbrella (i.e. use it). And it FELL off. This was not an occasion where a large gust of wind caught the umbrella and the sudden exertion of meteorological conditions brought the umbrella to its breaking point. No. This was opening the umbrella. And it FELL off. If I could simply snap the handle back on, I would still return the umbrella but I would likely chalk it up to being a defective unit. However, the handle could not even be snapped back into place. Instead, the handles absence revealed the shoddy construction that I suspect is consistent among all units. This umbrella is truly overpriced garbage. It most certainly is not Strong & ... Built to Last as represented. The merchants representation that it is Light, however, is accurate. Probably because it is made of garbage. Make sure to save the box to make the return easier.

> 3 dayListening to rain on this umbrella is a pleasure (if you are underneath it, that is)! The tension of the material is very tight (a good thing), and the build quality is excellent

> 3 dayI bought a Blunt umbrella for my wife a year or so back, and it is far and away the best umbrella she (and I) have ever used. Worth every penny! I mean it . . .
