> 24 hourThese plugs work great. They were easy to pair and have worked well since I started using them. If there is a complaint to be made, I would say that by requiring 2.4 GHz WiFi signal rather than 5 GHz is a detraction. I would prefer not split the WiFi signal.

> 24 hourI chose to try these as they kept coming up as a the selection when I typed in the Smart Plug that I have already as I didn’t want to have to download multiple apps to run different rooms of my home. My orig plugs don’t seem to be in business or maybe they got bought out by this company. These worked great with the app for the my current app / smart plugs.

> 24 hourEvery year I have to coordinate the timing on several different holiday interior displays. These smart plugs make that a simple matter. Heres the steps I had to take: 1) Download BN-LINK Smart app on my phone. 2) Create an account. 3) Add plug - it was detected easily with BLE and then connected to my WiFi network. 4) Open Alexa app on phone and it detected the plug and added the correct skill to allow voice control. 5) Add plug to Holiday Lights group and set up a routine to turn that group on and off at scheduled times. I was really worried about steps 4 and 5 because personal experience has shown that the Alexa integration is not always easy. However, things have progressed to the point where the BN-LINK Smart app and Alexa walk you through everything to quickly get these smart plugs up and running. Now we have everything turn on and off based on a schedule while still allowing for customized voice control - the best of both worlds. I cant think of any reason to not recommend these plugs. If you dont have Alexa theres no problem because the BN-LINK Smart app allows you to set up a schedule for each plug right in the app. Two thumbs up for how easy this whole thing was.

> 24 hourIt is easy to set up, easy to link to Alexa. I use it to control my hot water recirculation pump on and off several times each day. Programming is a bit more tedious than it should be: switch changes that are repeated every day require each day to be selected individually rather that a single every day button. My biggest complaint relates to the time zone setting. The Smart Life software that controls the device does not allow you to specify the time zone, but rather offers a huge selection of world-wide cities that you must pick from. I picked Los Angeles to represent my north Idaho residence, since both are in the Pacific time zone. The problem is that the software gets it wrong. While the software seems to know what the current time is in the Pacific time zone, the schedule operates on GMT minus 7 hours, which is wrong, since PST is 8 hours behind GMT. The result is that all of my scheduled changes occur one hour too late. I thought I could use a work-around by selecting a time zone that is one zone west of my location, so I selected Anchorage, Alaska, but that had no effect on the timer operation, as it continues to use GMT-7. Next I tried another time zone, New York, which should be GMT-5, but my timer continues to operate on GMT-7. Message to Smart Life: please fix your software. In the meantime my work-around will be to input switching times that are one hour earlier than the actual desired time--very disappointing, and confusing. Update after one week use: I set up the second smart plug, and I had no problems with the time zone setting or getting the device to switch at the designated times. Then I cleared all settings from the first smart plug and reset the timers. This time around all settings worked as expected, and there was no evidence of the GMT-7:00 glitch, so I dont know where that had come from. So now I will upgrade my rating to four stars, with only two minor complaints: 1) no everyday button in the timer setup menu; 2) the user guide is printed in tiny, tiny print, and it actually admits this problem, suggesting the user obtain a pdf version from the manufacturers website. I tried that, but could not find any user guides.

> 24 hourIm spoiled rotten because of these smart plugs. I wake up, tell alexa to turn on lamp 1 and start coffee maker. By the time I make it to the kitchen, coffee is made or made enough so I can use pause and serve. So darn handy. If youve never tried a smart plug, then you maybe missing out. These are quality plugs that are easy to set up. Works with alexa, so give these plugs a try. Worth the money. Great value.

> 24 hourI like how simple and easy it to use! All you do is download an app onto your smartphone and connect the plugs to them. Then you add timers and other features you want and that’s it. They work great!

> 24 hourThese work great. Can’t figure out on/off schedule. There seems to only be scheduling on option. Instruction pamphlet was extremely difficult to read, so finally had to google you tube video to set up/pair with my smartphone.
