Follow as planned it very worth it. Once I hit the first scoop of creatine I mixed it with a prework out supplement feels great get that pump and the creatine makes you look more bulky depends on your diet. But that a must drink even if you work out for a couple times but just don’t stop working out any gains are better than no gains. Flavorless, it has a scoop.

Had to mix it quite often.

Ive been taking this creatine for months now. The powder is super fine so easy to mix into any type of drink or smoothie. Has basically no taste to it at all and works the same as all the other creatines Ive tried, including more expensive ones.

If you have ever taken Creatine you know it doesnt taste good. So I like to mix it with my shakes or some juice. The issue with this creatine is that it doesnt dissolve easily. I will pour maybe 16 oz of juice and I can still feel the powder. When I make a shake it is the same problem but it gets even worse if you dont drink the shake immediately because then all the creatine clumps up and makes the shake taste bad. Because I didnt get a chance to return this item I have resorted to just chugging it with water. Not very pleasant but I wont let my money go to waste. I recommend getting another brand that will mix easily with water.
