Bose QuietComfort 45 Bluetooth Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones, Midnight Blue - Limited Edition

The headset crashed after a few days of use. Could not get it to power up. Apart from the faulty headset, the noise cancelling feature was not so great. It had great sound quality, but overall quality was not up to expectation specially after the headphone bricked after 3-4 days of use. I went ahead and purchased the N700 the older model of Bose but I think comparatively it is much better even though the battery life may be slightly compromised in the N700. Better software features and better sound quality.

Misrepresented, but quality product.

First off they are brand new, straight out of the package and I tried to hook up the Bluetooth and only one ear would work. I downloaded the app, started, rebooted, checked the Bluetooth on my husbands phone and still only one ear would work. I can’t find the serial number on the headphones to send to costumer services to help troubleshoot. I plugged in my phone with the headphones and both ears did work so it is definitely something with the Bluetooth.

The headphones felt too big for my head, like I couldn’t move around without feeling like they were going to fall off. The noise cancelling wasn’t as great as I hoped either.

Flawless audio performance, just one surprising hitch - the headphones will not operate while being charged. So, you run out of power, have a charger handy, yet will be down for all until there is charge back in and off the charging cable again. Seriously, Bose??

The Bose wireless headphones are awesome! Theyre extremely comfortable and lightweight which is great since I wear them for hours at a time.

These headphones are pure crap. I purchased a first pair in September, and a month in they started cutting in and out, the sound getting scratchy. I returned them and bought the same model again in November thinking the first pair must just have been defective (I previously owned the QuietComfort 35 model and they were GREAT.) The second pair had the EXACT SAME sound issue as the first pair. Then trying to get customer service from them was either impossible, or I would be talking with someone who had no idea how to do their job. Im so incredibly disappointed in Bose. They used to be a brand to be trusted and a brand that was high quality.

I have a heightened noise sensitivity since an event and specifically purchased the product for its highly praised noise cancellation quality. Unfortunately, I found that the Bose QuietComfort 45 headphones purchased simply muffles the noise rather than cancelling it. Even driving in the rain with the headphones does not help escape the noise. The quality of the sound is great and I wish the noise cancellation could be adjusted to sincerely quieter settings not just muffled.
