I’ve decided on this model and I absolutely love it! The quality and battery life is good to go for a couple of days for me. It’s also very fitting and stays well on my ears! No complaints satisfied with this purchase.

> 3 dayI was not impressed with this item. The noise cancellation is more like a noise reduction. I was expecting a better sound quality from Bose. My previous Samsung headphones were better and the sound was epic. From Bose I really thought these headphones would be the best. The wifi is not good neither, the sound breaks up sometimes.

Greater than one weekI love my old wired Bose noise cancelling headset and have wanted to get the bluetooth version. I was very excited about the Prime Days price, so I ordered the QC45 and it arrived yesterday. However, it immediately started cutting out. Briefly, but cutting out nonetheless. I tried various steps Bose recommend: I checked for a firmware update. I cleared this list of bluetooth sources from the headset. I completed a factory reset. I removed the headset from the Bose Music app. Nothing worked. I had my wife connect to her phone and it cut out for her, same as for me.
