Headphones are great, however I’m pretty sure I received a used or refurbed pair at full price. Did not come with the charger or an audio cord and looked like something was ripped off the top. Just order from Bose.

The sound keeps cutting in and out, on multiple devices, even after doing a reset of the headphones. Its clearly not a bluetooth issue, as the sound gets really quiet but the connection isnt interrupting fully. It seems clearly a microphone hardware issue.

My four year old model always knows what source wants to output and allowed me not to have to use Bixby as an assistant. These newer modelsb constantly have to be restarted and resynched to play from my phone having been paired with my laptop. The ones just work. The new ones just dont
