I needed a two hole punch to organize my at-home files. I would need a hold punch with an 8 inch setting and an 8 3/4 inch setting. This only had the 8 3/4 setting and there was no way to adjust accurately. Just spend a few more dollars for a Master MP 250 if youre needing multiple punch settings. It is nicely lightweight though.

This little two-hole punch is easy to use. It is designed so that it takes less force that usual to punch holes. This is important if you have small hands. The punch gives you a good, solid feeling when you use it. However, as other reviewers have noted, the pull out paper guide leaves something to be desired. You need to be careful with the guide so that you do not break it. I have dealt with this little flaw by not using the guide. So far, the cutting mechanism has remained nice and sharp, cutting clean holes and collecting the little paper circles in a receptacle for later disposal. The top handle locks down so that you can store it more easily.

Not at all what is shown in the pictures. I received model #2300 when the item is specifically labeled model #2310. So the one I received is obviously an older model which they have since upgraded because it is difficult to use. You have to load it at the top and at an angle which makes it a lot more difficult to line up. Dont want to deal with returning it because I dont use it that much but super frustrating. You expect to receive the item you ordered, not an older model.

I was doubtful that this hole punch would punch 20 sheets of paper as the manufacturer claims, but I can now verify that it really does! I put it to the test with regular computer paper, heavier paper, and some pretty thick cardstock and this little gadget did well with everything I tried. It punched perfect holes into a stack of twenty sheets of computer paper with no problem at all. The holes were perfect and there was no struggle at all. It also worked very well with the thicker pieces of paper and cardstock, although I did use less sheets at a time for those. The hole punch is very small and lightweight, easy to press, and easy to store. If you need to punch paper with just two holes, Id highly recommend. I personally wish it did three holes, since Id use it more often but it does what it claims to do and does it extrememly well.
