> 3 dayNo complains about the appearance, very cute and well made. Not really happy with 2. 1. Im not quite sure which point it makes an exact 8.5 distance. 2. The cut with 15 pages is not very clean. Im still keeping it because its serve the purpose of a small home office. Its overall a well made SMALL hole puncher.

04-06-2025I needed a two hole punch to organize my at-home files. I would need a hold punch with an 8 inch setting and an 8 3/4 inch setting. This only had the 8 3/4 setting and there was no way to adjust accurately. Just spend a few more dollars for a Master MP 250 if youre needing multiple punch settings. It is nicely lightweight though.

> 3 dayWe had two other hole punchers in the office. Both of them are crap despite being larger and more expensive than this one. It has a small footprint but it crunches through 20 pages with hardly any effort at all, and we get perfectly cut circles. If you need a 2 hole punch, get this one.

Greater than one weekThis is a well-built decent product that will stand the test of time. I have arthritis, so I was very interested in the easy, low-force punch claim. This is true if you are punching 5 sheets or less. The capacity for this punch is 20 sheets. I tried to punch that many but hurt my hand with the excessive force to get the punch to go through. And I didnt think the holes cut as cleanly with 20 sheets as they did with 5 sheets. It was also very easy to punch at 5 sheets. The low-force claim is true for that volume of paper. There is a slide button lock to keep the unit closed and make it shorter for storage. A great feature. When closed up, the unit is approx. 4.75 wide x 4 deep x 1.75 high. For paper fitting, there is a plastic ruler guide that slides out on the right-hand side of the unit. There is a stop and notation at 8.5 and another at 11. This would allow you to center the holes properly based on which side of a standard sheet you are punching. I found it easy to use this ruler guide and get everything to line up properly without fuss. I didnt find that the ruler was flimsy as mentioned by others. Its not metal, but it is a decent weight of plastic. I found the emptying tray a little hard to figure out without any instructions in the box. There is a picture on the box that shows emptying and I fumbled around with the unit for about 15 seconds to figure it out. There is a piece of hard plastic that forms the base of the punch. There is a thumb-notch flap that you push down towards the floor and a joint in the plastic allows you open a hatch in the back where the punches can be emptied. I found it relatively easy to get the punches out without scattering them all over the floor. I hope the joint in the plastic holds up after repeated bends - if it ever cracks youre out of business with keeping the punches contained. Overall, a well-constructed product that I would highly recommend for home or office use.

Greater than one weekI must say the PaperPro 2-Hole Punch lived up to its promises. The punching was quite smooth and it handled the twenty promised sheets quite nicely. I had no jamming; not even once. It was efficient and didnt seem to fatigue my hand. That being said, please note: This is a TWO HOLE punch. It would most likely not be a good choice for a three ring notebook. This is the type of punch that you would use to attach sheets to a clipboard with a two hole attachment on top. For that purpose, the PaperPro 2-Hole punch excels.
