it small two hole punch but convenience to use and store. good

It did not allow paper to be centered and constantly moved. I was soo frustrated I threw it away. Bought a less expensive hole puncher and it works perfectly!

What I was looking.

My office needed a two-hole punch, so I figured Id grab this one for free off the Amazon Vine offer, leave it at work, ask my staff how they liked it, and review it, thus saving a little bit out of my office-supply budget. Response from my staff was very favorable, with all three people who tried it saying its sharpness and design made it much easier to use than traditional models -- and also saying that they wanted one. Comparing it myself to the traditional models we have in the office, I could see why: it definitely bites through paper more cleanly and with less effort. It does make a bigger hole than were used to, which makes pages float around in the binder a bit, but so far that hasnt caused any problems. What has caused problems is that instead of saving the cost of a single two-hole punch by getting this item from Amazon, I am now in a position where the only way to keep peace in the office is to buy one of these for each of the other two folks who want one. So much for my brilliant budget-saving idea!

Good quality. Works great. I wonder why I tolerated a poor quality punch for so long.

Great quality, durable, heavy duty.

This hole punch is very sturdy and makes even punches. It is easy to use and easy to empty. I use it on index cards and it cuts through 10 at a time easily. It is easy on the hands to compress and doesnt wear out the fingers or wrists with a prolonge session of use.

This is a well designed and though out punch. Its solid, with a metal body and handle, and locks closed. Why on earth would they include a flimsy plastic paper guide, when the rest of the construction is so great? One reviewer was concerned that the guide could break if the punch dropped. Mine didnt even make it to the door; the guide came pre-broken for my convenience. At least this way I get to return it instead of having it break after the refund window. The punch is pretty useless without the guide, as its what enables you to punch the holes in the right position to attached sheets to a fastener file folder. I suppose that I could upgrade to the 40 sheet model, which has a metal guide, but its overkill for my needs and takes up more space on my desk. Bummed.

Works poorly. Two flaws. The paper guide is plastic and doesnt have exact markings for page width. The part where you put the top edge of your paper is too short (no flat surface) so you cant position the paper flat to get the holes punched properly. Bad design.

Punches through LOTS of pages!
