Greater than one weekThis stuff is amazing!! I have tried quite a few protein powders out there and somehow I can never get passed the taste, their either too chalky or the flavor is not good.. Syntha has always delivered. I have tried syntha before and I wanted another protein powder that didn’t have a lot of carbs per serving and when I noticed that they had this one with only 6g of carbs per serving I knew I needed to try it, I was hesitant as I thought maybe less carbs would mean less flavor but boy was I wrong. This stuff is great! And I barely write reviews but I know how helpful they can be so if you love chocolate this is the one for you!

> 3 dayThis stuff tastes great! So great, in fact, that I ordered more. I did notice that my energy levels were not what they were with my normal protein drink, though, so I got to comparing the ingredients. Thats when I found that there are no amino acids in this. Protein is a building block, but amino acids are needed to convert those proteins into something the body can use. I thought, Surely not! So I started reading other reviews. There are lots of reviews saying how great it tastes, and some reviews from people who say they have used this for years. Nobody mentions what great results they see from this product, and some even mention how they take this with a separate product for their aminos. That adds up, and now this looks like an overpriced, glamorous drink. I stopped using it. Ill stick with

20-11-2024I cannot believe it is a protein powder. I am glad this item was shared with me by my son. It is delicious and I mix it with frozen blueberries or strawberries, a handful of spinach, chia seeds, flax seeds, and one scoop of the powder with almond milk, a little crushed ice and wallah!!! Excellent indeed. I had to put this item on my repeat list. I hope the price remains at this amount or less because it is quite expensive. Ill just enjoy it fully for now.

> 3 dayI have tried a lot of different protein powders, and this by far taste the best. It doesn’t taste like chalk or weird. It takes like hot cocoa mix, it’s very tasty. I highly recommend it to everybody

> 3 dayI researched a lot of protein powder and went with the recommendation of my brother-in-law who is a personal trainer. When I researched the powders I found they were loaded down with sugar. Seems sugar is overloaded in nearly everything that is a packaged product. This powder contains less than half the sugar this I was finding. I am over 50 and work out daily with a good balance of cardio and weigh lifting. I am not striving to be a huge muscled up guy, just want to maintain good health with better than average strength and maintain a lean body. Since I cut more than 90% of meat from my diet I use this to replace the protein, as well as my actual diet. I seems to be working well for me and I have no complaints. The flavor is great and easy to palate when drinking unlike it was in years past. The flavor technology is so much better and does not have that bitter taste as in the past. I use the Cookies and Cream and it is not a bad taste at all. I mix it with cold water from the fridge in a plastic cup with a plastic heavy ball shaker to mix the dry powder. It have no clumps and it dissolves well in water. I tend to like my drinks more on the thick side, so I use less water to make it this way. In all it is a good product.

Greater than one weekIf I could give this more stars, I would. I am over the moon. It’s blends well and isn’t chunky. And omg the strawberry flavor!!! Mix it with milk and it’s just like a strawberry shake. Name is accurate af. This is the first protein powder that I have ever actually drank and made into shakes. Other powders I mix into oatmeal or something side to chunks or flavor. This one is chefs kiss.

> 3 dayIf you can afford the extra calories, syntha 6 will be the most enjoyable protein shake hands down. Chocolate and peanut butter have both been hits. I just wish they would bring back the cinnabun.

> 3 dayI like this protein powder, but BSN shrunk the contents and raised the price. I noticed, so should you.
