I havent tried many different protein powders in my time but this one tastes the best compared to the others. It has a good serving of protein and I can already see a difference in muscle gains after using it for several weeks. The other thing that makes me happy with this product is that its not giving me those headaches after drinking and its not destroying my stomach trying to digest it.

I am super happy with this whey protein! The taste is very good! I was worried because some reviews said the taste was bad, but it legit tastes like vanilla ice cream! I highly recommend giving this a try!

I’m not a fan of soy or corn syrup. This product contains both but the amounts of each must be small because my gut is not protesting. I ran out of my usual plant based protein and didn’t feel like going back to Costco so I gave this a try instead. Best decision all week. This is very creamy and chocolatey, and will last me well over a month. It also seems easier for me to digest than other whey proteins while still being cheaper than most good plant proteins. Count me as a convert!

I use this in coffee, cereal, peanut butter balls and just water. It tastes great mixed in anything

Ive been using Syntha-6 products for a while now, and I think they are the best protein blend on the market currently. I saw this flavor, Cinnamon Bun and had to try it. If you close your eyes, you would swear that you are eating a cinnamon bun. The flavor is DEAD ON. I might need to order the 10 pound bag, because I am seriously considering drinking some at night before bed as well as just after my work out. I stacked some flavorless creatine with this powder, and I could not tell the creatine was in there. The lovely cinnamon bun flavor masked it perfectly. This also plays well with vanilla greek yogurt. The chocolate flavors of Syntha-6 are pretty OK, but they always taste a little malty and fake to me. The 28 serving size was perfect as a test run of this flavor. Seeing as this is Syntha-6 EDGE, what makes it edgy? Well, its this: 2 extra grams of protein per serving, 1 extra gram of essential amino acids per serving, and 50 fewer calories per serving, half the fat of regular Syntha-6, fewer carbs, less sodium. Think of it as the elite version of regular Syntha-6.

There is lower calories per gram of protien out there, but this is still an excellent product. The flavor is really good even with just cold water, though of course its much better with cold milk (lot of extra calories to do it that way though). I feel pretty good and healthy when using this stuff to diet away some fat. You are not supposed to use products like this to replace food, but thats why it works. The world usually has things backwards. Everyone knows that a fast is healthy once in a while So why on earth is it unhealthy to fast while taking low caloriehigh protien products? You keep the muscles healthy while you starve away the fat, seems like thats the point of a keto diet yeah? And thats exactly what these powders can do for you. Better to eat lean chicken all day if you can though. Powders are just a convienience thing (or for variety once in a while). Good luck on your fitness goals. Stay strong!

I never take the time to write reviews. But this I felt I had to! I have been using the synths 6 edge line for about a year or more. I’ve typically only had strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla. But I decided to branch out and I’m so glad I did. I was a little worried after I was not a fan of the cookies and cream. This pb cookie is the best flavor out of all! Even with just water! Definitely worth the buy! 10/10

I used to use bsn protein powder about 10 years ago and it simply was the best tasting one out there. The downside always used to be the high sugar and carb content since I would follow a keto style meal plan. So 10 years later I decided to check it out again and saw the new edge version which is low carb and to my surprise the taste is still great. Simply love this brand, it mixes good and taste awesome, and one scoop per serving, can’t be beat.

Hard for me to say anything about the actual efficacy of the protein as far as building muscle.. im tall and have a naturally skinny build. I definitely notice muscle build to some extent, but hard to say its any better or worse than any other protein. But I like the brand, and the ingredient mix so I wanted this protein but I also know I like reviews on flavor before I buy, so - hope this helps someone out.. TLDR; Chocolate Cake Batter is your winner here. Vanilla Milkshake - the more I drink it the more I like it! Good frothy texture & great taste. Flavor: 8 of 10 Mixability: 10 of 10, rarely have residue on the inside of my shaker cup Cookies & Cream - meh, nothing special, not awful, but have def had better cookies & cream whey. Texture is thin and slimy, and flavor is just not there.. its more a Cardboard & Cream to me. Flavor: 5 of 10 Mixability: 7 of 10, have had better, have had much worse, but does not easily mix with spoon or fork even in water, must use a shaker cup and will leave some clumped residue on sides of your cup Chocolate Cake Batter - probably the best whey shake Ive ever had. Great frothy texture, and it literally tastes exactly like drinking cake batter out of a dish. Less water / milk makes it super thick & enjoyable.. it will leave alot of clumped residue, but boy howdy is it delicious. Flavor: 10 of 10 Mixability: 6 of 10, will leave some residue to clean out on the inside of your shaker cup, and will not mix with spoon or fork, but trade off for flavor is absolutely there.
