> 3 dayWow, I cant express enough of how incredibly comfortable these Faya Pro skates are!!! Ive been skating for 45+ years using a popular brand, which I had to pad in order to avoid bruises. These are my forever skates. I have ordered the Tony Pros for outdoor use.

> 3 dayBrand new out of the bow I would have given these about 4 stars but with the help of reading other reviews giving these skates just a few adjustments they are worthy of 5 stars for a beginner/novice skater. The first positive for these skates has to be the adjustable toe stop which is less often seen for a skate of this price range. It really is an invaluable help because I feel each person has their own preference for stopping etc . The faux suede is soft and playable but still offers enough support for your ankles. Overall I have to say the look of these skates is super appealing and well done. What I changed/plan to change The insoles that come with these are flimsy flat pieces of foam, but having read the reviews I ordered an inexpensive pair of memory foam inserts and let me tell you it makes these skates a dream to use. That in combination with the ankle pads make these incredibly comfortable. I do also plan on switching out the wheels to some wider gummy wheels since these are rounded on the edges and not quite best for the skating I’m doing- but that’s not necessarily a negative more of a preference. The only real -negative- is that they don’t come with a skate tool but those are easily bought and rather inexpensive. All in all I love them so far and will update in the future about how they are holding up

> 3 dayThese are soooo soft and comfortable to wear. I actually really enjoyed the way they felt. The reason why i ultimately decided not to keep them was because I am a total beginner. Besides ice skating one time when i was 12, I have never been on any type of skates. I felt that because it was a such a soft boot that it wouldnt provide me the necessary support and protection that I would need as a learner. The wheels are very smooth so I had a difficult time trying to balance with them and just overall control. Maybe if i get really good I will repurchase this.

> 3 dayI’m a research before I buy kinda girl- so when I decided to pick up Skating recently, I read allll the reviews and articles about where to get the best skates for outdoor beginner use. Everything I read kept bringing me back to Moxi skates, and I was on the waiting list to be notified when they came back in stock. But then I stumbled across these bad boys for half the price of the Moxi skates, and I thought, why not learn on these and if it’s something I love and stick to, then I’ll invest in a pair of Moxi skates. These have been amazing! I’m an 8.5 in women’s shoes, and I purchased a size 9 in these skates. It was a perfect fit. They’re super comfortable and provide plenty of cushion and support for the ankles. I’ve been in these for about a month now and have zero regrets. You will need to purchase a skate tool to adjust the wheels since they come a little tight, and you’re gonna want skate laces that have the wax on them to keep it all nice and tight.

> 3 dayThese skates were pretty good for a while and Id definitely recommend them as a good beginner skate, especially for someone who weighs <200 pounds. But as a 240lb male these do not feel sturdy enough around my ankle.

20-11-2024Skates arrived with no scuffs or dark marks like other reviewers have mentioned. However, the eyelets that touch the tongue when you lace them up do cause marking, so I wouldn’t be surprised if some come with marks on them. I imagine suede cleaner will take this out easily and I recommend getting that in advance. They seem to be a good quality for the price. Also, definitely make sure you have a skate tool when you purchase as these do not come with one. I had to loosen and adjust everything which is to be expected. The boots themselves are very comfortable everywhere (no blisters!) except for the insert. It feels rock hard after skating for a bit. Definitely buy some good inserts to make them more comfortable. I would also recommend toe guards to protect the suede. The toe stops seem pretty decent and same for the wheels. Definitely good for a beginner skater outdoors. Eventually I will go for slightly harder and smaller wheels to work on tightening my spins and turns, but for getting used to outdoor skating and uneven surfaces they’re fine. The plates are nylon so these are not the skates for skateparks where you’re grinding or dropping into a bowl as they can snap. I did a roll test upon receiving them and one of my skates is perfectly straight and the other pulls in one direction a bit. I’m still playing with the cushions to see if maybe I can get it better, but it’s definitely something to be aware of. All in all, with a few adjustments and minor tweaks these seem to be pretty quality skates for general outdoor skating and some jam skating. They fit my needs perfectly.

Greater than one weekI was unsure about buying a skate brand that I’ve never heard of but I took a chance because I wanted to buy suede skates to be light on my feet. I read the reviews and felt confident it would be ok. I recently tried impala skates and they hurt my feet terribly and were heavy. When I got these skates I immediately loved the color. I slid my foot into the boot and it was heaven! It cushioned my entire foot and there was no discomfort anywhere at all. The wheels were so bouncy and smooth when skating! I used to feel pain in my shins and arches with other skates but these did not trigger those pains. I’m so happy with my purchase!
