> 3 dayYou need to have your balance tight with these. They are more flexible than the impala’s I purchased. Impalas are great for beginners but not very comfortable

> 3 dayDisclaimer: I’m a novice skater. Also, I’ve been skating in my BTFLs for less than a week. These Skates go above and beyond for the price point. This boot is super soft, comfortable and flexible. It’s seems comparable to the Moxi Lolly boot as far as fit and quality. I can’t speak on durability yet. As a person with long legs and poor squatting ability, flexibility in the ankle means being able to bend the legs easily AND keep the torso in an upright position rather than heavily leaning forward. It’s feels safer to me. If you’re feeling unstable, you can always tighten the trucks. Or if you want maximum stability to land jumps or you prefer the skatepark I think a stiff boot is generally recommended. I replaced the plate, trucks and bearings before trying so I can’t speak on those. But the wheels are very decent gummy/outdoor wheels good for cruising and very pretty. The laces are great and I love the large heel tabs that make these so easy to carry. More skates should have them! Cons: You’ll probably need to replace the insoles. They’re paper thin and hard but that’s a very affordable fix. These skates don’t come with a tool which you do need to at least loosen the wheels a little. All in all, these skates are seriously a steal. I can’t afford the price of Moxi Lolly’s or the guilt of real suede Hahahaha UPDATE: Two years later of mostly park skating These skates are still in pretty good shape for all they’ve been through. I will definitely be purchasing the same pair once mine finally give out. The boot is still EXTREMELY comfortable. If you want ankle mobility, these are a dream. The right toe has broken open a little but that’s what happens when you don’t wear toe guards, especially at the skate park. My laces also broke. Not from normal wear or poor quality, but from repeatedly sliding down concrete transitions.

> 3 dayThese are so comfy for me which is difficult to find because small heel, short toes, kinda flat feet, and cankles. I wear women’s US 8.5 tennis shoes and women’s US 9 heeled boots. The women’s 9/ men’s 8 in these skates fit great. Due to the flatness I also have in LTOHOE Memory Foam Insoles for Women, Pink US 7.5 which fit near perfect in these. The round waxed laces were uncomfortable in one area rubbing on my right big toe knuckle because this foot is slightly wider than the left, so I swapped with flat shoe laces in there and now it’s perfect.

> 3 dayMy kids started getting invited to skating parties. I’m trying to teach them how to roller skate. I was never amazing myself. But I researched for days in what to get for myself. I got these skates and I think it was a good choice. The wheels seem to roll really smoothly. I didn’t have to make any adjustments to mine. I’m only two days into skating with them. But I find that they are comfortable and I am improving on my left turns. Ha.

Greater than one weekI have a lot of feet troubles and I have wide feet. A lot of skates are very stiff with a tad too narrow of a toe. Being a newbie to skates I didnt want to spend a ton. These were on sale so I decided to give it a chance. They were so supple and soft inside and out. They are sueded on the inside. They might be more of an intermediate skate just because theres a lot of flexibility. I dont know how to use them quite yet as far as how very responsive they are. But if you need a comfortable skate for a wide easily pained foot, this is the skate.

> 3 dayI took a chance on this pair because the impala skates I bought was really bad and moxis were all sold out. I read reviews first before purchasing and went ahead to order hybrid wheels, bearings, smaller toe stops and laces. When these arrived I fell inlove how comfy the boots are. The stock wheels are actually good and everything else. Now it’s fully upgraded with fundae wheels, flat laces, mini toe stops and leather toe caps that I made. I highly recommend this.

Greater than one weekScarlet Pro Womens 11 Right out of the box I was impressed. Im used to going to the rink and renting skates but I always found those boots to be super tough and uncomfortable no matter how many times I went. Now that its closed though, I wanted to get some skates of my own to stay active. As a novice skater, I did a ton of research to find the best fit for me at a reasonable price. Im by no means an expert nor do I intend on doing crazy tricks, I got these just for cardio/dance purposes. Think the movie Roll Bounce or ATL if you want to know what I am getting at. So my review may not work for you if you intend to use these to do some crazier stuff. Pro: The boot! Super comfortable! Like surprisingly comfy. I was expecting some sort of break in time needed but as soon as I put them on they fit snug and tight without my ankle suffering. It comes with an almost paper thin insole but thats an easy fix. I bought some insoles of my choosing on Amazon to replace them with. For sizing I measured my foot from the heel to the longest toe and went by the size chart. Im a 6ft woman with slightly wider feet than average women so I was skeptical at first about the fitting but it was a perfect match in the end. The design is really nice. I like how neat the overall stitching is on the boot and the color (Scarlet Pro) is very pretty sky blue. Adjustable stop. Again, Im tall and this is a MUST because of comfortability. Cons: No skate tool is included. Out of the box I noticed that the wheels are a bit stiff (they dont spin) and I need to have them loosened but I dont have a skate tool so Im waiting till I get one before I skate. Overall, the quality of the boot is nice, the wheels are perfect for general skating outside as well as inside, and the design is very aesthetically pleasing. This isnt a pro or con however, I did also decide to get a toe cap for the boot only because I really dont want to mess up boot in case I fall and scuff the tip too much.

> 3 dayLove my skates....comfy and cute. The only thing I recommend is new laces. For one thincker laces make the skate more secure. Vs with the white ones they wouldnt snug to my feet that great. I already had bought some great bearing and great wheels. The wheels may be good still if I added my bearings to them. But for right now I dont wanna change nothing out so I dont bout that just yet. Either way great skate. Love it.
