> 3 dayI like the packaging protecting the pads. Many have arrived loose or in a crush-a-ble bag all deformed. Much better packaging and presentation that Chemical Guys or Griots or others.

> 3 dayUpdate: I reordered these pads, and now I am embarrassed i left such a glowing review. They clearly changed these pads since then. All of the pads except the finishing pad (red) are the same lightweight material, with the same stiffness/abrasion. Previously, the yellow pad was the stiffest/most abrasive, but everyone of these are harder. The old pads were like dense foam of varying softness, this stuff is like pool noodle foam. You cant even tell by feel which cut a pad is supposed to be. They also made the cube cuts much more shallow to where they might as well be a foam brick. None of them but the red can even properly spread polish. Its instantly just rubs it off, leaving uneven work area, skipping etc. You have zero work time. Shameful...they should go back to what they had and up the price a little if they have to. Old revew: Ive tried just about all of them. I am a high volume detailer, and I can definitely say these pads are my favorite. They are durable (as a foamy gets anyway), and the cube design does a good job with working the polish, especially with one steps. I like the thickness too. The hook and loop is solid to the back of the pad, even after a year+. Even after they get beat up on eventually, the cube structure allows the undamaged portion to remain useful. I ordered lake country mediums and they felt too thin, got cut up with the slightest defect, corner, or abrasions, and one pad actually flew off the backing after just a couple cars. The cost is no comparison.

> 3 dayI have Griots G9, and a Flag Blue gel coat on my boat. These pads worked great. I paired these with Jescar Compound, Mirco polish and Power Lock. Used the Heavy cut + compound after 1500/2000 grit wet sanding some fender rash. I didnt have a rotary polisher, thought I was going to be SOL....but worked great. Ran the DA at 6...no problems. Used the light cut on the polish. Used to finish with the Power Lock. No Holos. No swirl. Best results Ive had so far.... NO problems with durability. The pads have a nice little cross cuts in them that hold the polish. Totally durable...will easily last me 2-3 more rounds of polishing, maybe more.

Greater than one weekThe pads are super high quality for the money. Extremely durable. Used for compounding my 21 foot bowrider boat. Started with the yellow pad with restorer wax. Progressively went up to the next pad for the cleaner wax. Finally finished up with Star Brite marine polish with the next to the last pad saving the last pad for a coat of Collinite Carnuba wax should I need it. 2 coats of Star Brite marine polish and I can see my reflection quite clearly on my Royal Blue Gel coat. Shouldnt need the wax as the polish is a polymer blend. The pads didnt tear, wear, or break up in any way. They wash up easily and can be reused many times. Would buy again but probably wont need to as these pads are tough. Look no further. You will be happy with them.

> 3 dayThe pads fit my electric buffer very well. Changing pads is easy and quick. The different pads work well on different parts of my car.

> 3 dayI was working on a friends car that was in pretty rough shape with bird droppings and overall paint contamination. I thought I would try these pads so I wasnt investing $12 to $15 per pad on a car that I dont own. I used these with my Porter Cable random orbital polisher and a 6.5 backing plate. Since I was a bit concerned how these pads would hold up I ran the polisher slightly slower than I would with the regular pads I use. I started with a fairly aggressive Chemical Guys cutting polish and the yellow pad, then a less aggressive cutting polish with the white pad, and finished with a mild polish and the blue pad. After polishing I applied the wax by hand. Overall, I was very pleased with the results I achieved and my friend was amazed. I had no issues with the pads tearing, or melting through the velcro back. I really didnt see any issues with heat build up in any of the pads. I am now comfortable I can use these pads on my own vehicles so I will definitely be making this purchase again.

> 3 dayUsed it to do my 2016 WHITE FOCUS ST. Came out pretty good. Used a orbital sander lol. I mean the pad was a little big for being a 5.5 but worked pretty good. Paired it together on setting 4-6. Didn’t burn the pad like others said. Did the car in less then a hour and turned out amazing.

> 3 dayGreat buffing and cutting pads. Used with a DA polisher. Removed years of heavy swirls from my vehicle. Used a combination of yellow pad with compound and red pad with polishing compound and paint looks smoother than ever. For the heavier swirls, used the green pad with higher amount of compound and then polished with red pad. Awesome results. Cleaned out the pads with water and soap after using and they look good as new.

> 3 dayafter one use and pulling it off the appropriate sized backing pad the foam is separating from the back of the pad and, theres really no way to separate the foam pad from the backing pad other than grabbing the foam itself when they are exactly the same size as each other
