These are great pads. They are very durable and give you a lot of range for different compounds and polishes.

The pads were to too tough even for the one that was supposed to be for polish only

I have Griots G9, and a Flag Blue gel coat on my boat. These pads worked great. I paired these with Jescar Compound, Mirco polish and Power Lock. Used the Heavy cut + compound after 1500/2000 grit wet sanding some fender rash. I didnt have a rotary polisher, thought I was going to be SOL....but worked great. Ran the DA at 6...no problems. Used the light cut on the polish. Used to finish with the Power Lock. No Holos. No swirl. Best results Ive had so far.... NO problems with durability. The pads have a nice little cross cuts in them that hold the polish. Totally durable...will easily last me 2-3 more rounds of polishing, maybe more.
