> 3 dayThe 1 kg zip-lock bag of BulkSupplements Pure L-Citrulline Powder arrived intact very soon after ordering. Its a clean, pure white powder which dissolves quickly w/ no lumps. Its almost tasteless. Im taking it as a vasodilator to improve blood circulation. Its looked to me to be less expensive from Amazon than elsewhere. In the past Ive used l-arginine for many continuous months, noting a slight improvement in general energy levels & better circulation, as evidenced by faster healing of cuts & bruises. But Im reading lately that as an l-arginine precursor, l-citrulline actually gets more l-arginine into blood circulation than taking l-arginine directly d/t the digestive system diminishing l-arginine availability. L-arginine then goes on to stimulate an increase in Nitrous Oxide (NO), which then positively effects vascular walls to enhance blood circulation. So Im trying l-citrulline now to get more l-arginine into circulation. I know. Sounds ironic, doesnt it. But read up on it yourself, as I did.

> 3 dayI purchased this at the recommendation of my coach. I noticed an unpleasant odor like ammonia/bleach after intense training sessions and my coach mentioned a potential imbalance with my urea cycle. 6g/day (I use a food scale to weigh it) and a week later my post-workout yeti odor is gone. I mix this powder with water - it definitely smells like bleach/ammonia - pretty much exactly the odor I was trying to get rid of on my body... but doesn’t really taste like anything. I’ll chug it quickly and chase with water more because of the unpleasant smell than any lingering flavor. It definitely worked for my purposes. Minus one star for packaging - I have large hands and these bags are difficult deal with; ill end up with powder on my knuckles from reaching in to scoop out the powder.

> 3 dayWithout a chemical analysis I cant attest to the purity of the product itself but it is a smooth, white powder that is readily soluble in water or juice (if I take it in water, I add a flavor enhancer as the product does have a mildly unpleasant taste). Subjectively, the product does seem to do what I was hoping for so I will continue to use it even if it is strictly a placebo effect.

Greater than one weekI am trying to lower my blood pressure without the use of blood pressure lowering drugs, especially since there is all this news lately about blood presure medication sometimes having carcinogenic qualities. I have found through my own experience that with the use of a half a teaspoon of L- Citrulline powder daily ,I have been able to help lower my blood pressure by approximately 20 mm on both my systolic and diastolic measurements. I must say that everyones results may differ and other supplements, exercise and physical makeup and age all play a factor in each persons results but I feel I am getting results with this product. Every little bit helps in the war against aging and healths decline. I check my blood pressure daily with my own instrument and I am diligent with my supplements and with watching my weight and diet.

> 3 dayI take this as part of a supplement stack in addition to my medication regime treating cardiomyopathy. Approx. 18 months ago my heart ejection fraction (EF) was down to 25% (normal is 50-75%) and I was experiencing frequent breathlessness and angina pain when walking slowly on level ground. I was also experiencing frequent rapid heat beat (tachycardia) episodes, one of which required therapy provided by my pacemaker. I began taking COQ-10, D-Ribose, Magnesium Gluconate, and L-Carnitine 18 months ago, supplementing this regime with other supplements as I continued my research. I began feeling better almost immediately. I added L-Citrulline to my regime early in 2016. I noticed a further improvement in my exercise tolerance almost immediately. I can now walk briskly, climb extensive stairs, and tolerate summer heat with no angina pain or breathlessness. I worked all yesterday in our gardens and on our grounds in temperatures reaching 92 with no problem. My cardiologists report that the frequency of tachycardia episodes has decreased and that they are shorter and less serious. I am not claiming that L-Citrilline works magic, but it has definitely earned a permanent position in my supplement regime.
