Does a great job

I am a huge fan of BulkSupplements as they are a safe, clean and pure place to buy my supplements. I recently am feeling like my blood pressure and sugar are not as stable as they used to be when younger, I just turned 58. I do not take any prescription drugs as I feel they are not good for anyone to ingest. I use several powder supplements from Bulk, and yet again found that this 8.8 package was big! very secure when shipped and I just transfer all my supplements into secure glass containers, as I find the zip lock a bit fussy when it gets more use. This company is fabulous, and I have improved my health with their products. I am allergic to wheat, corn and eggs and have a few MTHFR genetic defects which lend to a few distruptions in my health and how I absorb nutrients. Liquids, not pills are always better, one because there are 00 fillers and two, our bodies absorb them right away when swallowed. I just took this L-citrulline in a shot with about 3 oz of water. :) thank you Bulk!

This nutritional product, L-Citrulline powder works to create Nitric Oxide in the body, which stimulates and enhances hair growth, even regrowth. Research this product and youll see that it is mentioned by authorities; also research the amount required (not that much). My hair is now down to my waist and Ive never been able to grow it this long before. So this product works great with no magnesium sterate, which coats the intestines, reducing absorption over time. I also take supplementation for DHT Blocking (the hormone responsible for hair loss). These products work as new growth is apparent and my hair has thickened. Im very happy with my purchase!!! This product is pure and exactly what I needed. It was also the most economical to use a powder versus having to take capsules. IMO, it certainly helps if you improve your diet/exercise and cut out sugar (7X more addictive than heroin according to research). The Food Industry (much like the tobacco companies) covered up the fact in the 1970s that sugar is linked to heart disease, cancer, obesity, and diabetes. The Truth about Cancer is also an awesome series, which provides knowledge that can assist everyone to improve their health. Baldness, obesity, and cancer seem to be modern diseases brought on by ignorance (To get out of ignorance: Documentaries: Fed Up, Bought, Sick, Fat, and Nearly Dead and The Truth about Cancer are very much worth watching).

I have used L-Citrulline for years, from different brands and different combinations. I get this because its easier and dramatically more cost-effective buying just the bulk powder and mixing it into your drink of choice. It also doesnt taste nearly as bad as a lot of other supplement powders Ive tried, so thats a nice bonus. I have used this companys products before, and the quality has always been solid and this product here is no different. It is exactly as described and thats it, its a bulk bag of pure L-Citrulline powder, NOT L-Citrulline DL-Malate, which is a mix that is often used in lieu of pure L-Citrulline that people sometimes overlook. This is the good stuff if youre looking to increase your vascularity, muscle endurance, and increase bodily blood flow as well, so whether its increased lifts in the gym, better performance in the bedroom, or just improved cardiovascular health, this stuff works. Not gonna lie, its gotta be one of my fav supplements I have tried and continue to take.

I am an overweight female of 32 and I have reached that point where I know that something has to give. I have to exercise more, but in order to do that....I NEED more energy! I have struggled with depression and anxiety for much of my life, and when my therapist recommended supplements such as GABA, 5-HTP and DLPA to help with anxiety, I tried them out. They worked for me. They still work for me. I take them as needed, and have been doing so for nearly 10 years. (Do your research though, GABA is one you do NOT want to take regularly.) Anyway, so I thought perhaps I would research and see what natural energy supplements I could find. I have begun to try out the various amino acids such as citrulline, and this is one that I have had very good results with. It has a VERY strong odor, and so as of this review, I have only taken it by putting it in a gel capsule. After trying Glutamine and discovering that it has absolutely no taste despite its strong smell, I plan to take my next dose in powder form. Learning from a prior Amazon reviewer, I often take powders by placing them under my tongue and then drinking until they are washed down. I will update this review with the taste as soon as I can. Overall however, I recommend this supplement and the provider, BulkSupplements.

As others have mentioned, the flavor is foul, but easily covered if placed in a smoothie. I usually just mix in one ounce of water (along with l-arginine as some of the research shows that they work better together than either one alone), mix til dissolved, then just chug it down in a single swallow. I use it for pre-workout and to decrease blood pressure (it increases nitric oxide thereby causing vasodilation). My workouts have improved (although this may just be placebo effect). My systolic BP has definitely decreased by six points and the diastolic has decreased by four points (from my research, it’s definitely better to decrease the diastolic pressure as this is the “resting” pressure your body exerts on the heart). As a great side effect, my wife likes the effects also (remember that “the blue pill” works by increasing the release of nitric oxide just like this product)! Hope this helps
