I needed a top loading carrier to see if I could take a stray kitty to the vet. This carrier made that process very easy. The cat is young and weighs about 8 pounds. My 10 pound cat fits well. Size wise my 12 pound cat will fit (meaning he can stand up, turn around, etc.) but I worry if this will be strong enough to support his weight.

Seems very sturdy and durable. Is a better size for my pets than the previous one i had. Well ventilated with 3 separate loading options.

It is a good cat carrier. I using it for my kitten to transport to vet. It stay upright and does not collapse on the kitten. The provided strap that goes over the headrest is great to keep the carrier on the carseat in case of quick stops. I gave it 4 stars because the top zipper tabs tend go sideways and very hard to straighten them back out but this is my only complaint. I leave it open on floor for kitten to use as secondary sleeping spot that gets used on occasion.

Finally upgraded our carrier to this option. I like that is has mesh sides so your pet can see you and get adequate air. The bottom could be stiffer in my opinion but the pet generally isnt inside long enough to require much more sturdiness.

I recently moved 600 miles from my hometown and wanted to make my cat feel comfortable during the 8.5 hour trip. This was great!

Using this carrier for my 17 pound cat. She isn’t crazy about any carrier but she seems to be more comfortable with this one. I’m very satisfied.

Great for occasional use, like to and from vet or infrequent trips in a vehicle. I also like that folds flat, is light weight and stores easily. The hard plastic or even metal crates are too bulky for these tasks. Id recommend this carrier.
