This seems like a good solution to my problem. A large enough carrier for my large cat. Well built, padding in bottom. Of course I still have to get him in the carrier!

I GOT THIS FOR A FRIENDS CAT, TO TAKE HER TO THE VET. She hates carriers normally. Her mama opened it up and pout it on the floor and she loves to explore inside and even lay in there. Success! Its nice and roomy and she is not afraid of it.

It’s a great carrier. Very spacious (my cat is 10 lbs). She even sleeps in it at home every now and then.

This is a good quality carrier. My only concern is that after zipping my cat in, she would move around inside causing the carrier to tip over on its side. We used for a road trip cross country to get her in and out of hotels. In car, or anywhere I made sure it was up against something solid which helped prevent tipping to side. The carrier didn’t collapse, just tipped.
