Lightweight, unobtrusive and room for everything you need. A great hydration pack

I ordered this as a hydration pack for long distance running. It is nice quality but too heavy, and definitely not made for a womans figure. At least not a busty one. I am a fan of Camelback, my entire family owns them and they worked great for long dirt bike rides through the dessert. They held up great and lasted for years. This one though was not for me. I had to send it back.

Ive been a fan of the Camelbak products for years- this one is great for longer races! The only thing that I would improve is the company to make a more womens specific fit of this item, as the chest area is seemingly built for more larger framed people, however you can adjust it pretty snug! Great sturdy zippers and and easy to use reservoir make this a no brainer!

Would have given 5 stars but I believe the straps to tighten the chest and waist should be longer. I bought this to walk, stay hydrated and to lose weight. It does fit but at just about the end of the strap. The straps should be double the length to provide ample room. Anyone who does not need the length could cut them or fold them down. Even if you are heavier it is nice to have equipment that works well and is comfortable. All and all this is a very well made and comfortable just a few tweaks would make it even better. 57 190 lbs at the moment.

This is my first hydration pack which I use for mountain biking and trail running. It is very functional, the design is well thought out by the Camelbak people and quite frankly you dont even know its there on your back. Absolutely the best.

Great for really really long runs. Had to buy the Octane dart for short runs as it was half the size of this one.

Im pretty disappointed with the design of this CamelBak. The bladder is accessed from the side and its very awkward to remove and replace without having a surface to set it down on (like when youre in line at a music festival). The lid no longer has a distinct locking point to give you the confidence that its closed all the way and wont leak. The waist strap sits very high on my waist and is awkward to wear. The fact that it only holds 2L is just the nail in the coffin. If youre looking for a good music festival hydration pack, my recommendation is the CamelBak Ratchet.

Happy after about 10 uses during the winter. No bladder leaks, unlike those bought from other manufacturers by training partners. The pouches on the sides are good for many fuels. Had to improvise when water froze in the mouthpiece at about 20 degrees Fahrenheit by sticking it under my hat.
