I wired this up under the dashboard of my car and routed the end of the charging cable up through a vent. Makes for a super clean appearance.

Performed various trouble shooting and confirmed the charger itself has failed.

Perfect for anyone who has a basic idea on how to hardwire. I wired mine to a fuse tap, both Usbs work as they should.

Easy hookup

I wired this to my fuse panel using a power tap device so that I could provide switched USB power to my dash cam. It works well and as advertised. Simple install for anyone with basic automotive wiring knowledge.

my husband got these and here is his comments; they worked if you pushed the USB cord to one side or the other of the plug. Taping it in might of corrected the problem, but since it was going behind a kick panel, not worth the chance of the connection not working. I tried multiple cords, two extensions USB cords, which work on other plugs in the truck, a GoPro cord and 2 different iPhone cords, each acted the same. push on the cord and the connection was good, let go and it was bad.

Used these to hard power some interior lights in my MINI Cooper S. Worked great and concealed good.

Works

Very low quality. Right out of the box the power wires would lose connection depending on their orientation. Unusable unless you hold it and dont move it
