Carefresh 99% Dust-Free White Natural Paper Nesting Small Pet Bedding with Odor Control, 23 L

I normally get carefresh but have the good stuff on subscription. It was time to change my bunnys bedding and the subscription wasnt coming for 5 more days, so I got something that I could get delivered the next day. I thought it would be a safe bet to get the carefresh bedding even though I knew it probably wasnt going to be as good as the normal stuff. This stuff is crap! When I opened the bag, it smelled bad-kind of like vinegar, but I didnt have any other option than to use it. It didnt spread out and fluff up at all. What normally would cover the entire cage only covered half-and this stuff is hard-almost like rocks or large pieces of bark. I definitely wont buy this stuff again and I will have to pay better attention to my supplies so I dont have to buy crap like this again!

I like this better than shavings but its kind of spendy. Works pretty well at odor control; we have 2 guinea pigs sharing a cage and this bedding lets us go 3-4 days before it needs a change or starts to smell (Im sure one pig can make this bedding last a week). Its pretty much dust free, which is good. Overall, nice product.

Very good. Not much dust. Bedding material doesnt fly round like the other brand yet still soft enough. Good quality. Downside is its a bit too expensive.

Nice, natural, chemical-free, absorbent bedding. The guinea pig gives it two paws up.

I use in my HedgeHog cage. It’s softer on there feet than the Aspen wood shavings I use to use.

I use this bedding for my guinea pig. In terms of texture, scent control, and absorbency, I like this brand the best. I spread an absorbent cage liner first, then spread a thick layer of this on top. Shes an old girl & Ive definitely caught her stretched out napping in it. I also love all of the colors : )

The bedding was not so soft. It was very hard and had a cardboard smell. Hard to break apart.

Perfect for my rabbit. Wont use anything else.
