This is my go to Omega product. I take 1 in the morning before I leave the house, and one before dinner. This is my 4 or 5 bottle. I initially bought it to relieve some anxiety. I took it regularly and it began to work! I take it know for maintenance.

Supposed to be wild caught and the best available. I was taking half the recommended dose just to start and did ok for about a week and then started burping it just like I knew I would. Oh well. Not for me.

Gels are a little big, but smooth.
