> 3 dayGuys, I highly recommend this product for your daily intake when compared with Costco or other omega 3 products. Here’s the reason. 1. If you read the label, EPA and DHA combines is 1400mg unlike other omega products which only have 250mg combined EPA and DHA. Which means, for 2 soft pills you are getting 1400mg of EPA and DHA, but for the omegas you get in Costco or the regular brands, you have to take attests 5 softpills to satisfy your 1400mg of EPA and DHA. 2. This only has omega 3’s unlike other products which also have omega 6’s(which we don’t need at all, since we already get them from our meals) 3. For the cost per pill and the quality, I would highly recommend this product.

> 3 dayIve been a fish oil taker for years. I usually get the Carlsons lemon liquid which I take from a medicine measuring cup every morning and night. Like a lot of other athletes, I take about 3000 mg (3 grams) per day of ACTUAL DHA and EPA. (Fun fact... thats what you want to look for when you buy fish oil... not just the overall weight of the pill... the EPA and DHA content are what youre looking for. ALA too, but not as much. I wanted something a little more portable that didnt require refrigeration this time and ent through all of the options to purchase Carlsons in capsule form and the breakdown on these was the best. Per 2 capsules you get 1600mg EPA/DHA, so at 4 caps per day, I get a months supply for less than $1 a day. There are a lot of other places selling lower concentration pills for much more. Will probably go back to the liquid next time (its 7 cents cheaper per day) but hold on to these for travel and would definitely buy them again! Highly recommend if you cant handle the taste or texture of liquid fish oil as these come from quality sourced fish which are third party tested for safety and the presence of heavy metals and mercury. Winning.

Greater than one weekI always use this product. Believe it to be the best available and has no flavor (which I prefer because I hate the flavor of fish).

Greater than one weekI have now used multiple brands and this is the best fish oil company I have used. Easy to swallow, no fishy taste or burps and great results (reduces my aches and pains) and has moderately helped with my cholesterol. I fully recommend and have used all the different mg versions.
