> 3 dayIve been a fish oil taker for years. I usually get the Carlsons lemon liquid which I take from a medicine measuring cup every morning and night. Like a lot of other athletes, I take about 3000 mg (3 grams) per day of ACTUAL DHA and EPA. (Fun fact... thats what you want to look for when you buy fish oil... not just the overall weight of the pill... the EPA and DHA content are what youre looking for. ALA too, but not as much. I wanted something a little more portable that didnt require refrigeration this time and ent through all of the options to purchase Carlsons in capsule form and the breakdown on these was the best. Per 2 capsules you get 1600mg EPA/DHA, so at 4 caps per day, I get a months supply for less than $1 a day. There are a lot of other places selling lower concentration pills for much more. Will probably go back to the liquid next time (its 7 cents cheaper per day) but hold on to these for travel and would definitely buy them again! Highly recommend if you cant handle the taste or texture of liquid fish oil as these come from quality sourced fish which are third party tested for safety and the presence of heavy metals and mercury. Winning.

> 3 dayThese were recommended to me by an 87 year-old man who looked and acted like he was 60, and I’ve been devoted to them ever since. It’s important to me that the fish are responsibly sourced and that the oil is the highest quality possible. Plus, if I make it to 87, I want to look and act 25 years younger! Goals:)

> 3 daySupposed to be wild caught and the best available. I was taking half the recommended dose just to start and did ok for about a week and then started burping it just like I knew I would. Oh well. Not for me.

> 3 dayI have now used multiple brands and this is the best fish oil company I have used. Easy to swallow, no fishy taste or burps and great results (reduces my aches and pains) and has moderately helped with my cholesterol. I fully recommend and have used all the different mg versions.
