My kid mixed dish soap, Vicks vapor rub, and neosporin in to a thick paste using the arm of the couch as a mixing board. About one hour, and 5 clean outs later the couch is 100% back to new. We had the green bissel version of this before and it was not 1/2 as good. This is an awesome product

There is not a good suction to the machine to really steam clean anything. I have had to reclean my couch with another cleaner to make the cushin look clean.

This little machine is great for spot cleaning carpets. I dont want to pull out my full size carpet cleaner all the time so this is useful to use in between full carpet washes. Use warm water in it and it will heat up the water much faster. Yes the suction isnt as good as commercial machines, but for the size of this machine, its really not bad. I used this on my stairs as well and it did a decent job. It was easier than lugging my big machine on each step. If you have pets that make messes, this would be handy for you.

So, I check this out for the first time yesterday after a spilling some coffee on my all white chair. I did not have any stain remover so I assembly use a little bit of dish soap and let this little machine do it job. I was super impressed with how much of the coffee it disable to pull out with just a little bit of dish soap. I did have to go Over the coffee stain a few times before it was really gone. I am super impressed with this little guy though. Its also lightweight and has a longer extension cord which was nice because I only have inconveniently placed outlets in my apartment. I did knock off one star because I noticed that the second time I turned it on, The water just didnt get near as hot as it did the first time. it was actually like I was spraying ice cold water on to my furniture which was a little bit concerning and it never did warm up as I was using it.

I used this unit for the first time today after my cat got sick on the carpet. I used it both on the area that I had to clean up after the cat as well as a bath rug outside the shower. I vacuumed both before using this unit to try to get up as much dirt as possible. The end result… I still had dirty water in the end. So it’s obviously doing some good. It will leave your carpet still quite wet as it does not suck up all the water obviously, but did a decent job. I did use it on the high suction setting. So how did it do at getting the cat stain out? Not great. It helped a little bit, but you will definitely still need to use a carpet cleaner/stain remover solution along with this product. The instruction manual is OK but some of the English is a little off and hard to understand the point they’re trying to make. Still with general common sense…It’s an easy product to figure out how to use. Price seems like it may be a little steep, but still a nice product. Looking forward to using it on my car’s Interior in the future. It definitely will not replace my main carpet cleaner to do larger areas with, but this is great for those smaller, hard to reach or small projects. I like it. Glad to add it to my Cleaning options.

So far, so good! It worked as expected for the one time I’ve used it. I like that it’s lightweight (less than 10 pounds) and easily portable. The water does not quickly heat but it’s an acceptable length of time. I haven’t used the self cleaning feature yet because I’ve only used the unit once..that will change in the near future, I’m sure, since we just got a puppy. The unit seems sturdy enough that it should last for years. If it doesn’t, I’ll come back and update my review.

This is definitely more of a spot cleaner than carpet cleaner but is quite effective and works for cleaning up the mess left from those 3am hairballs my cats like to leave for me to step on. It does however leave the carpet quite damp and does not come with any cleaning solution to try with it, so order some when you buy! You want the button to face down and you spray the amount of water you want rather than it being constant water and it has continuous suction to suck the dirty water into the separate tank. I did find I needed to use hot/turbo settings to get the carpet dry enough after a couple of passes. It has a good set of brush/attachments and unlike my old one, the hose is removable so it can be replaced without buying a whole new unit. The power cord and hose are a good length and between the two, I can reach pretty much anywhere in my apartment and the hot water option makes this better than my old one.

After one use I’m sold on this puppy. Time will tell if it holds up but it seems well built. I tackled a chair in the living room and three stubborn stains. With a good cleaning product everything came out good as new. Suction power is pretty good for its size. Better than most other major brands in the same range. It does take some time to heat up water so start with warm water in the tank to help it out. But great machine and would recommend

We gave this a good go and used it on the fabric seats of our kitchen chairs, the arms of our sofa, and a few much-needed spots on our area rug that our cat blessed with his hairball juices :) It did an excellent job on them all! The machine is very easy to use, you can make it either warm or hot water, and use either standard or turbo mode. it has a clean water tank and a dirty water tank that is clearly labeled on the top, you put your cleaning solution in with the clean water tank - when the dirty water tank is full the lights flash and its time to empty it... easy peasy! Its not a machine to do an entire carpet with, we had to refill the water and cleaning solution and empty the dirty water tank many times to get the jobs done, its definitely a spot cleaner - but it does a fantastic job.
