I used this unit for the first time today after my cat got sick on the carpet. I used it both on the area that I had to clean up after the cat as well as a bath rug outside the shower. I vacuumed both before using this unit to try to get up as much dirt as possible. The end result… I still had dirty water in the end. So it’s obviously doing some good. It will leave your carpet still quite wet as it does not suck up all the water obviously, but did a decent job. I did use it on the high suction setting. So how did it do at getting the cat stain out? Not great. It helped a little bit, but you will definitely still need to use a carpet cleaner/stain remover solution along with this product. The instruction manual is OK but some of the English is a little off and hard to understand the point they’re trying to make. Still with general common sense…It’s an easy product to figure out how to use. Price seems like it may be a little steep, but still a nice product. Looking forward to using it on my car’s Interior in the future. It definitely will not replace my main carpet cleaner to do larger areas with, but this is great for those smaller, hard to reach or small projects. I like it. Glad to add it to my Cleaning options.

I never imagined it would be so easy and efficient to remove tough stains from carpets and sofas. The machine heats up quickly. The self-cleaning feature is great and very easy to use. If you have pets at home, this machine is essential to keep your furniture clean and free of unpleasant odors.

I needed another carpet cleaner after my 15 year old one died. I did not think I would find a small unit that would work as great as my old one. This little unit is a power house for small area stains and vehicles. The water did heat up quickly and it was easy to use. Like my old unit the water has to be changed and refilled often when doing a decent sized area. I have 2 coonhounds and 4 cats, I have lots of puke areas with the older kitties and the one coonie eats poop and pukes it up. This carpet cleaner did amazing at cleaning up the poopy puke and the kitty puke stains that are not always caught right away. This unit is not heavy, it heats the water and is easy to use and it cleans up easily. It is a great little cleaner

It is great for upholstery and carpet cleaning if you use water and soap. It works well beyond my expectations, the water coming out of this vaccuum cleaner is incredibly dirty and gross, but that shows how well this product works. The instruction manual is pretty simple and all the parts are in fine working order. There are different accessories from different functionalities. The suction power is incredibly powerful and the motor must be working really really well for it to have that kind of power. It sucks quite deep into the fibres of the fabric, and pulls out dirt from deep within the fabric. The product itself is also quite strong and durable, and the material quality is great. Very happy with it!

Seriously so amazing. I used in my car and the upholstery looks brand new. The suction power is awesome too! I honestly can’t wait to have time to tackle the other things i want to shampoo around the house!

This surprised me as it’s easily on par with the name brand spot washers. In fact it does better then many because it heats the water enough to use it without mixing soap in. It comes with a narrow and wide attachment, and a nozzle to clean out the tubes after you’re done. It’s fairly quiet, and powerful even on “normal” suction (it has a more powerful, but louder “high” setting if you need that). It’s handled everything I’ve thrown at it so far. And since I haven’t seen any need for soap I’ll save some money there. The only two downsides are minor. It takes a bit to heat up the water, but this can be helped by starting off with warm water in the tank (refills heat up just fine, cool or hot). The wide nozzle also has a rubber squeegee piece. Its meant to help it on hard floors (it does), but it should be removable because it makes it hard to move on carpets.

Likes: heats water quickly, easy to clean hose after use through a simple cleaning procedure, easy to fill water cylinder, light weight, easy to assemble and to prep for storage Dislikes: suction is not as strong as I hoped it would be. You can spray hot water on the stain, but after using suction attachment several times there is very little returns (just an ounce or so). Most water stays in carpet or upholstery and takes in excess of 24 hours to dry. This tells me the stain is diluted with water and soaks deeper into the carpet or upholstery, instead of being removed through suction.

The machine arrived quickly. It is attractive, compact, lightweight, and easy to maneuver around. I like the hose and cord storage. It heats up the water, unlike some other machines. The self-cleaning hose is a nice feature. I bought a used car and wanted to clean the cloth seats. The dirty water bin was filthy, so it does work. It has saved me a lot of money in professional cleaning services and has kept my carpets and upholstery looking great.

Ok, first thing I have to say is that I have used a few different brands of portable cleaning machines over the last several years, professionally and for personal use. This is a good machine so far as I have only used it once but there were four things i noticed right away from opening the box to first use. One is the spray pattern on the nozzle, it’s way to narrow! It needs to spray at least as wide as your smallest attachment when in contact with the surface to be cleaned. Second is the cord, it’s great that it’s long but the plug needs to have a cord snap so it can attach to itself instead of having to pull it through itself or some other method to keep it from unraveling. Third is how about a carrying case or some kind of bag for the machine and attachments for taking it on the go or storage? And finally the power, I doubt I’ll be using it in reguar suction mode. The turbo setting will be my choice every time I use it. That being said I will say this is a pretty nice looking machine and it does perform well.

So far, so good! It worked as expected for the one time I’ve used it. I like that it’s lightweight (less than 10 pounds) and easily portable. The water does not quickly heat but it’s an acceptable length of time. I haven’t used the self cleaning feature yet because I’ve only used the unit once..that will change in the near future, I’m sure, since we just got a puppy. The unit seems sturdy enough that it should last for years. If it doesn’t, I’ll come back and update my review.
