Great tool for spot cleaning ! It does the job well, we are very satisfied . It has very good suction and it is fairly light weight so can be carried easy around . It heats up the water very fast . Easy to clean the containers , brushes . Easy to follow instructions ! Highly recommended

Well hard high hopes but total disappointment! The spray from the wand is so Narrow that it’s half the width of the smallest attachment which means you have to go over the area twice to get a single stroke cleaned . Suction is mid at best , going to return the unit

I have 6 pets and a toddler so I have lots of messes in my house. This is a fantastic rug cleaner. Ive used it on my couch too.

I have a fabric couch which the cushions have no cases. I also have a cat who always wipes her butt on my carpet after she uses her litter box. This cleaner is perfect for my needs. It looks very nice and stylish. I like the matte finish so there won’t be any finger prints or dust signs on it. The instructions are easy to follow. Basically, I just need to fill the clean water into the clean water tank then start the cleaning. The dirty water will be stored in the dirty water tank which is easy to pour them out. The design is very similar to my vacuum/mop combo robot machine, which also has the clean/dirty water tank. I like the function that allows me to set the temperature of the water. The cords can be circled and organized on the bank, which is a bonus to avoid messy work. I just had the first trial to clean one stain on the carpet. The result turned out great. Overall it is a great cleaner! I’m very happy with it!
