not big enough for doorstop to small, I had a dachshund, and was hoping it would have at lease ben twice or three XXX the size, but I am not the kind to return items but this does not make me happy at all may just return it.;(

My husband loves it. It sure is a help keeping his study room door open during the day time and not scaring us when were downstairs when that door slams too unexpectedly.

Workmanship was disappointing. Seams arent smooth. Dents in two places. It is okay, but I would not purchase again.

Its functional and made well.

Poorly made! Half of the face is BARELY RECOGNIZABLE as any kind of a dog, let alone a dachshund! It also has sharp edges on the legs and feet, I pray I dont trip over it in the night...ive already broken my foot once this year! Ive seen better workmanship from stuff from the dollar store! It is also WAY smaller than it looks. I would return it, but it appears that I am unable to do so. I guess its a good thing that the hallway door Im going to use it to keep open is not brightly lit.
