Cast Iron Dachshund Doorstop by GSM

He is darling! He works great as a door stop!

It is cute but the quality of the finish is less that ideal. The feet are uneven and rough. We applied felt padding so it would not scratch our floors. It slides some but not too much - it would not hold the door from a serious gust of wind.

We love this doorstop. It is heavy and truly does the job it is made for. The item itself is a beautiful cast-iron portrait of the standard dachshund. A must for the dachshund item collector.

Very nice. Heavy, fairly good details. A little smaller than expected but good. Can sit on a desk or book shelf.
