I could not get this on a new tire no matter how hard I tried - Ive read the reviews about using pliers and all that, maybe their tires werent new or were slightly smaller but it wasnt going to happen in my case.

Doesn’t sit right on my boat tire 13in.

Easy to install, basic and functional

I ended up ripping this product had a open flap and I pulled it to get cover over the tire more and it ripped had to order another one.

This fits very tightly on my 13 boat wheel. There is NO drawstring as others mentioned, just elastic. Just a FYI. I bought an extra one to go on my trailer tire not realizing these covers are not split to allow installation on a tire that is mounted. So it is for SPARE TIRES only. I should have bought the: ADCO 3973 Black #3 Vinyl Ultra Tyre Gard Wheel Cover that I already purchased for another trailer for that purpose.

Unit was cut perfectly to fit the size of the tire advertised. Probably will increase the life of the spare 5 years. Surely worth the expense of the cover.
