It’s a little tight. Could be a little bigger. Fits about half way around inner side wall of the spare tire.

I read a few reviews about this not fitting correctly. I would say that they need to check the tire size first. Fit my 13 tow dolly spare tire perfectly, no struggling to put it over the tire and no sagging. Exposure to sunlight will damage your tire quicker than you realize. This costs much less than a new tire. The material seems durable and this is well made.
